“This place is absolutely fabulous. The treats are amazing and Madeline was precious!! I had the CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIE ROYALE!! So good, it is a chocolate chunk cookie with salty sweet cream ice cream, sea salt cáramel black tahini whipped cream and sesame brittle. I also had a creamy espresso martini that was fabulous!! Everyone was so kind, I will be going back!!! Highly recommended!!!“

“We keep returning for the ice cream cakes. We love them, and they're great for any occasion. The chocolate crunchies are especially satisfying. This DQ has been here for decades standing the test, and taste, of time. Located on the main drag between two intersections. Open year round, including a drive-thru.“

What makes Sweetcream really special is the service, I'm left with the impression that everyone who works there really likes their job and it shows in the super friendly way they treat their guests. “For nostalgia this place still hits home for me. I came back to try bubblegum ice cream. They haven't had that flavor in years. It's been a long time since I've been back. I did however get a strawberry ice cream cone and it was really good. The price was nice too. Plenty of places to sit outside.“

“My wife and I recently got married in Scarborough Maine, and neither of us much like cake.... however, we both LOVE Ben and Jerry's, so what better way to celebrate than by having Ice Cream Cakes! We touched base with Tom a few months ago and worked on getting our cakes planned out for the wedding. We ended up getting 4 large sheet cakes (each a different flavor combo) and a medium Heart Cake as our 'cutting' cake. Though not as flamboyantly decorated as some wedding cakes (a look we weren't looking for anyway) the Green and Blue icing flowers looked great, and the extra flourishes, and decorative chocolate pieces on the heart cake looked spectacular. And most importantly they tasted AMAZING! Both the DJ and Photographer said they have never seen people literally run up to get pieces of wedding cake before. I can't recommend Tom and his shop highly enough for anyone looking for Ice Cream Cakes for their next celebration! They were also very reasonably priced.“
“The best ice cream we had in Kennebunkport! I received a BOGO free coupon from my visit at The Clam Shack for here so we had to check it out. I had the Moose Track and it was the best ice cream I’ve had in a long time. I loved the mini peanut butter cups that were mixed in.“
“The best blizzards in southern Maine are at the Saco DQ, love that they use whole M&M’s in their blizzards instead of being all chopped up. Also they give plenty of treats in the blizzards and aren’t skimpy like other DQ’s I have been to.“

“Going to Dairy Queen this year was a very pleasant surprise. When we arrived for our dessert there was a line out the door. I live and work in a tourist town, so seeing this made me fearful that these poor employees may be overwhelmed by all this business. Boy was I wrong; these were professionals. Every person had good, polite, and prompt customer service. Which kept the line moving while also giving us a pleasant experience. All the employees were clearly communicating well with each other and pulling their weight for the team. It was very clear they were all invested in each others wellbeing and keeping the service moving. I know it sounds goofy, but I was amazed with how much they all cared. Good service like that can be very hard to come by these days. My visit was on 08/07/26 at ~7:30 PM.“
