“Chicken Tendies and French fries were fire! Shout out to the server Lisa! 5 star service, kept the drinks full, made sure the food was good. Went above and beyond. I needed to get home fast and she let me borrow her personal Lamborghini for the week. She overheard me mentioning my school bills and paid them off with no hesitation. While I was in the restaurant, a fire broke out across the street and I personally witnessed Lisa run into the burning building and pull six people out on her own.
Lisa went out of her way to provide wonderful service!”

“everytime hubby and I want a good breakfast we end up here! food is great, atmosphere is nice and always a good price. unfortunately today wasn't the case food was good but service was disappointing. server had time to chat with another table near us and meet their needs and wants but rushed us to order, as one in the group wasn't ready to order and had to pick on the fly, waited half my meal to get jelly which was giving to the tables as they ordered but not us, never got the home fires, never checked in on us till we called her over. another at the table never ate her meal and she never questioned what was wrong. and had to wait about 16 mins for check after we asked for the check and boxes. will go back but in hopes we don't have her again. she was unpleasant and short with us but happy and attentive to her other tables.”

“extremely good place to eat if you need a place that is kind of like home this is it , at least for anyone that likes football baseball basketball golf or pretty much any sports. service is prompt and friendly drinks are fair priced the only problem i had was when i looked around for a phone number there was not a single one posted. anywhere in the restaurant and i had to google gippers for a number and found this. they should make their number well known pens cards put it on the shirts they sell its not a place to be afraid of advertising by any means.”

“Larochelle’s is by far the best seafood market in the Lewiston auburn area. Friendly, fast, attentive, staff with fresh seafood every day, the chowders they make are all phenomenal, I’d recommend highly to anyone who wants true Maine service!”

Everything is made to Oder the prices are amazing and I have yet to have one thing not amaze me.. from breakfast to lunch and don’t even get me started on the chocolate bacon or there rum balls !! Oh did I mention they are the Maine 2023 Whoopie Pie Festival 1st place winners so that should speak for its self!!! So if you want bang for your buck and a meal you won’t regret only to be topped off by amazing desert or soft serve ice cream and the most amazing staff go visit Nuttie Nettie’s Cafe..”

“Brought my grandson(3) on a friday @ noon(when doors opened).
There were a few people at opening but not to bad.
(It started getting busier as time went on)
I added 20 $ on game card & paid 3.99 $ for him to be able to use the play gym.
Cost: 26 $
He used the play area first & seemed to really enjoy it then we played a few games before sitting down to eat.
He wanted a cheeseburger & fries kids meal and I ordered the same. I was really surprised that they only offer can soda & bottled water(1.75$) since it's a kids play place ..
Cost 15 $
They give you a button to put on table so when food was done they could bring it to your table. We went to play for a little longer while food was cooking then went to seating area to wait for food (approx 15 mins).
Once food came it arrived in a basket with burger, fries & 3 packets of ketchup I asked if I could get a paper cup & she said they have none & then I asked for packet of mustard for our burger & she said I had to pay for it..?? ( A little crazy since I had already paid 50 $ but OK...)
The food was as expected for a play place (frozen patty & shoestring french fries) we ate then resumed playing..
Staff were helpful answering questions ect.
Bathrooms were super clean maybe because we arrived upon opening but you can tell they care..
I saw staff on multiple occasions sanitizing & making sure areas were clean(5 *'s)
Overall we had a good time & would recommend visiting especially when the kiddos are stuck inside in the winter or rainy days..

“Had the hamburger special, burgers are thin and hard to get the cooking temperature right. Tends to be too rare, seems like they are either well done or medium rare. The staff are friendly and the building is nice.

“I moved out of the area, it’s a bit of a travel for me. Working in the area I would stop by almost daily. Joe and Lisa have always shown great customer service and were/are extremely helpful in choosing what was fit for me (as I was new to the shop and never been in one before). I was able to stop in today and after a year of doing so, it was like I have never skipped a day. My favorite mega lit fruit roll up is just as great and customer service just as welcoming! If you have the opportunity to stop in. Please do! Try a tea, shake or even a coffee!”

“Alright, let me start off this review by saying woahhh mama, the waiter at this establishment is VERY cute. HOWEVER the staff at this establishment COULD NOT hit the griddy when asked... I told them dance white boy dance and they couldn't keep up. Im honestly ashamed that these subway workers dont have smooth moves and keep up with MY grooves. Anyway, I think it's really cool that the building is yellow and green and i appreciate the grind. I didn't order anything I just wanted to see if these hoes could break it down!!! “I previously stopped going to the store in Auburn because the food and customer service were horrible. I made a mistake one day and ordered from the Auburn store instead of Lewiston and was pleasantly surprised to find Lindsey as the manager. Since she has taken over, the food is always freshly made, nicely presented, and the customer service is outstanding. I am now a frequent customer again! Thank you, Lindsey!!”

“The price is a little high but the inside of the place is fantastic and their options on ice cream is better than that place back home where I'm from that has a 35 different flavors I've been away from Florida for so long I can't remember its name but anyways I enjoyed going there and I will definitely be going back”

“This was our second visit in one week. I ordered the Parmesan chicken (AMAZING) with steamed broccoli and a salad with blue cheese dressing (the dressing was superb) My husband ordered the steak tips, mashed potatoes and a salad. I asked the waiter if they could put the Parmesan sauce over the broccoli, he said, “no problem”
My meal came with no sauce on the broccoli. The waiter took it back and added the sauce, he failed to tell me there would be an additional $3 charge for it. My husband loved his steaks tips! There was a small amount of bland mashed potatoes( being from the south, I’ve never seen a portion this small) they came with the steak tips. I went without water throughout my meal, the waiter never came to fill it ( this is my biggest quirk) being a waitress myself for years. Our meal also came with a loaf of bread, it apparently had been smashed in the middle somehow. Our waiter went to get a replacement loaf which we promptly received at the end of our meal. I don’t mind paying any additional charges but I’d like to have the option of knowing about it before seeing it on our bill!”

“Very good! Totally plan on going again. I loved the rangoons with real crab ?, and the seafood orgy was delectable. The duck pad thai was alright, but laking in flavor a bit, I'll make sure to ask for a 2 star spice level to help boost it. As it seemed to have been made with none. To find duck on a menu, though incredible! Did try the butterflies not my favorite, I can see where others would like them.”

“Stopping here is such a better experience than Amato's across the street at the Circle K Travel. After purchasing a sub sandwich over there and then here at Subway it's like having a life changing experience. Subway is not only one hundred percent better, it's what a sub sandwich is supposed to be. Apparently Amato's just doesn't care about their customers. Logically that's the only explanation there can be. What explanation can there be?”

“I just came thru the drive thru at the Auburn, Maine Arby's on Center Street, and i've got to point out the excellent customer service at your drive-thru. The kid (didn't see his name tag)was very polite, quick with the food and got everything correct and I think that it's not pointed out enough. The fish sandwiches were freakin' awesome btw : )”

“Shaw’s is the only place I really grocery shop besides bulk stock from BJ’s. I appreciate the set up of Shaw’s and the veggies and fruits are very well kept up to date. They now have a new prepared meal selection near the deli- I recommend the dishes with the stir fried rice. Cashiers have always been nice and many make my toddler smile when they interact with her and say hello. Over all great selection to shop at.”

First off. the service was great, the food was delicious, the portions allowed for leftovers and the price was just right for these tough times! “My husband and I just had lunch at the Sam’s Italian Restaurant in Augusta, Maine. The cranberry almond chicken salad sandwich was excellent, and I had to save half of it for later because it was so huge. My husband had the chicken parmigiana sandwich and he said it was the best he ever had. Kind, friendly employees. The place was nice and clean. Glad we found this restaurant. We will definitely be back soon.”

“My mother just tried bringing my daughter out for lunch here because is wasn't busy. They stood up at the front waiting to be sat for over 10 minutes while staff saw them but ignored them. The staff here used to be on top of their game... apparently not anymore! So disappointing. They did end up walking out because they were never approached.”
