Great drinks and friendly staff!
Nachos were tasty, as most would be with this much cheese, no complaints. Chicken salad (not pictured) in taco shell was cold rotisserie poorly seasoned and very very small. Overpriced but thats everywhere in this town. Nice staff
Our takeout experience was mixed - the street corn was amazing with the perfect amount of flavorful crema, cheese, etc but the quesadilla and guacamole were just okay. We might not have tried this place given the uneven reviews but we were hungry and craving something different.
Jalapeños Cantina & Mexican Grill offers a variety of Mexican dishes, including fajitas, enchiladas, tacos, and beans. The food is described as tasty and fresh, with some reviewers praising the quick replacement of incorrect orders. The service is very kind and workers are kind, greeting you at the door and checking on you frequently. The food came out quickly. Fish tacos were very flavorful and delicious. Taco bowls and burrito bowls were also very good. Highly recommend the blueberry jalapeño margaritas. However, there are mentions of mediocre-tasting fajitas and enchiladas being quite greasy. The food was very salty and very spicy. The rice and refried beans were ok, with some dry clumps of rice. The music was loud and did not match the overall vibe. The restaurant's cleanliness is questioned, with mentions of flies, mosquitoes, and unclean restrooms. Despite these issues, some reviewers appreciate the reasonable prices and the solid Mexican food experience. The wait time is reported to be shorter than at other nearby restaurants.
