“normally I'd totally recommend DelVi os...they have amazing food, and normally the staff are incredible. today on a less then busy post lunch period I was asked to leave. I've been frequenting DelVinos for years. never had an issue and im always complementary... as is my nature. no reason given, just told to leave. not the best business practice in my oppinion.🤷😡”

“Satori is a cozy, consistently excellent Japanese restaurant in the heart of Belfast — a town you might not immediately associate with fresh sushi, thoughtful cocktails, and a refined dining experience, but it absolutely delivers on all fronts.

The fish is reliably fresh, the sashimi is clean and delicate, and the signature rolls — especially the Miso Hungry — are well-balanced and deeply satisfying. Their cocktail menu is outstanding, and the sake list includes everything from approachable bottles to premium selections that show they take their drink program seriously.

The interior is warm and intimate, with a smart layout that gives every table its own space. The lighting is perfectly tuned — not too dim, not too bright — just the kind of low-key glow that makes a dinner feel relaxed and personal without losing any clarity. It’s one of those places where you immediately feel at ease.

The service has been excellent every time we’ve gone. The staff are professional, attentive, and clearly care about creating a good experience. We drive an hour to get here, usually once a month, and we’ve never left disappointed.

Located right by the water in the most inviting part of town, Satori fits naturally into the rhythm of Belfast — a place that already feels like classic coastal Maine. If you’re anywhere in the Midcoast area and want good sushi served with care in a space that feels genuine and thoughtfully run, Satori is well worth the trip.”

The one thing that bothers me, is they are making customers pay an extra 9% on their bill to cover employees 401k (no joke, says it on the bill) the waitress told me it makes her very embarrassed when customers ask about the charge.. do better guys, SERIOUSLY!!”

“The food was actually pretty good. Chicken fingers were good. Rice was pretty good. For being in the middle of nowhere maine it was overall pretty awesome and I will be going back as the only other chinese food place to go is like 45 minutes away from me. Their food reminds me on going to China Star as a teenager in Salem NH.”
