The prime rib special on Tuesday evenings is outstanding! My wife had the seared scallops, again they were beautifully seared and presented, and delicious!! Most of all our server Jollie was like icing on the cake! She was attentive, friendly , and even saved the prime rib for us !! Put Millbrook Tavern on your must visit list when visiting the Bethel & Sunday River Area. Great Happy Hour as well. We had a party of six and were seated by the fireplace. The entrees were all good, and everyone in our group enjoyed themselves. The scallop dish is good, but not very filling(more like a small plate) order the fish and chips instead and the blueberry soda.

Went for a sleigh ride at the attached hotel and decided to reserve a table for afterwards. Great decision. Atmosphere was warm and inviting. Service was excellent. Everyone loved their food. One of us had the fillet and it was delicious and cooked perfectly. The side dishes were great. I had the duck pot pie...it was awesome and again, perfectly cooked!!! We also had delicious fish and chips and a large, hearty entree salad. Highly recomended.
