“I’ve eaten a lot of pizza in a lot of different places over the years. I just moved to the area and ordered a pizza from Webb’s Mills and it was one of the best I’ve had. The staff was friendly and while not cheap the the price was certainly fair for the quality of the pizza. They have lots of great toppings and a very tasty crust. Definitely will return.”

“We go here every summer to get our lobsters and steamers. It's convenient and they lobsters are always perfectly cooked if a lobster can't be perfectly cooked I wouldn't know. This year they did not cook the steamer which was fine that was easy.”

“Great spot! Last weekend six of us visited for a late breakfast. The food was fantastic and the service was friendly & attentive. I had the Greek omelette (delicious) which was packed with veggies and feta. It is my go to breakfast dish and this was the best I've ever had! The decor is fun and imaginative and reflects the summer and winter fun to be had in the region. “Absolutely the best restaurant I have been to in a year. We were visiting my sister in law in Casco from Portsmouth and she suggested this new restaurant. The inside is absolutely gorgeous with a rustic farm atmosphere. We shared crispy calamari and beef tenderloin crustini for apps. Truly the best calamari I have ever had and the beef tenderloin I could possibly have two as a dinner it was so delicious. Dinner choices were Aloha bowls (with grilled chicken instead of tuna). It was huge ….. my sister in law took half home. Of course my husband finished his entirely. I had the lemon chicken with asparagus and rice pilaf. Again, absolutely delicious. The owners are always on premises as she oversees the dining room, which is extremely busy and her husband is the chef. If you plan on being in the Windham, Maine area I would get online to reserve a table NOW! They fill up fast. Be prepared to have one of the best meals of your life! “First time trying The Beacon and we will definitely be back. Tried a half cheese half pepperoni and mushroom pizza and it was delicious. The dough was fluffy and sauce was right in the middle of not too spicy nor too sweet. I tend to like my pizza a little darker so I will ask for it to be left in a little longer next time. No complaints and can’t wait to go back and try some of their other offerings.”

“8:45 at night on a Saturday, called ahead to see if the place was busy. We were told the kitchen was closing, so but if we came right over, they would still cook food for us. So we came right over! Really appreciate them for accommodating us so late like that.This place is definitely a gem. Definitely coming back here if I’m in the area again. It is cozy and friendly, the owner is great, and the food was phenomenal. Family run little old fashioned place. Even jammed out to big band music with the owner. “Love the vibe of this place! I never drink beer, but I thought I’d be adventurous and order one. I had a Maple Ridge Pale Ale, which was very smooth and easy to drink! I also ordered a sweet and salty flight, which included kettle corn, Chex mix, pretzels, and an M&M trail mix. It was something nice to munch on. We really enjoyed the yurt, with its warm stove, great live music by Doug Alford, and excellent service by Tim. Fluvial is a hidden gem. We’ll definitely be back.”

“We visited this restaurant on our weekend at a friends and it did not disappoint! The clam strips were fresh and the fish and chips was flaky and so very tasty. It's a walk up window so the service was fine. Seating is outside and on this particular day the covered area was perfect! The only reason I have 4 stars is because their clam cakes were flat and not round as I am used to. Would definitely recommend!”
