“Had a great experience here. The young man manager was training staff and was so kind to both the new staff and us customers. They missed an item on our order and he caught it without me asking, took responsibility himself, and was very nice in coaching the staff through it.“

“It's Dunkin.....I wouldn't expect much but SOMETIMES, you get really good service from someone that probably will quit soon. The know their worth. These guys and gals are worked to death when it's busy. I understand hostility once in a while.“
