About Banyan Tree

Banyan Tree offers delicious Indian food with a local twist, using fresh ingredients. Run by a friendly and passionate family, their flavorful dishes include an old family rice recipe. Located behind Rising Tide Co-op, the food truck is a Sunday must-visit for those craving authentic Indian cuisine. Recently, Banyan Tree catered a wedding at Oxbow Brewery, impressing guests with amazing food, including the Dahi puri with paneer and butter paneer, which were described as explosions of flavor. San, the owner, is known for being accommodating and easy to work with. Many customers make the trip from far away, praising the menu's contemporary twists and the restaurant's ability to cater to dietary restrictions, such as gluten-free needs. The vibes at the pond-side brewery enhance the overall experience, making it a unique place to enjoy Indian food.

We are so fortunate to have this gem in our community. I love knowing that I can find healthy and grommet ingredients as well as prepared foods when I need them. I really appreciate that they carry Athletic Brewing Company Non- alcoholic beers as well as Lagunitas Hoppy Refresher. I hope to see more creative non-alcoholic options in the future.
Yes I do love the people, service and products. The clerks treat you like family, just a very happy and wonderful place to go and shop
For an old Hippie like me this place just resonates. It's a great co-op.
