They had Amazing drinks that were made right in front of you. The staff were so nice and pleasant to talk to. I would highly recommend going to waltz soda fountain

Best soda fountain in Maine… but be aware the soda fountain is closed until next year! Great town to walk around though.
This is the Absolute Real Deal of a soda fou tain/ lunch counter like I haven’t seen since I was knee high to a grasshopper. And boy how de, do they know how to make a tasty malted!

Watlz's is part of the original Reny's department store, and it reminded me of the soda fountains from the five-and-dime department stores that started disappearing in the 1970s. It's nice to see the real deal instead of a replication. Great egg cream!

They used to have dairy free ice cream but haven't in about a year. There's a peanut butter banana sandwich and they can still make dairy free smoothies but as far as I know that's it.
