Tiny place with 3 outdoor tables. The truly delicious ice cream comes in many flavors. Easy to find free off-road parking.

Super Scoops offers amazing customer service, large scoops, and delicious ice cream with a variety of toppings and a "Noreaster" option. The clean interior is visible through the window, and prices are reasonable. This hard ice cream place, often compared to Gifford's, is a great alternative to soft serve and a welcome addition to Westbrook.
