“Been here twice two years apart. A classic Maine / New England tavern for decent seafood and American grub. Loud and busy, as a tavern should be. Food is nothing astonishing but if you are visiting Maine, this is a nice place to experience the tavern environment.“

“Fantastic atmosphere, food and service! Not a single complaint. We had farm to board charcuterie, bread & butter, squash soup, fish in paper, the duck and autumn pasta. Everything was spectacular. They did a champagne toast for my birthday.“

“O my stars. This was our first visit. Very delicious food, Vegetarian accommodating. And we ordered 1 dessert to go since we were so full. 1 member of our group ordered the coconut rice pudding, we opened the bag when we got back home, and oh my! So delish. “Was excited to finally try this restaurant. It's located in Brunswick right next to the post office. Few parking spots for restaurant and street parking. Reservations are highly recommended. Can make them online. Very large wine menu- assorted price ranges too. Fun tea menu. Artistic cocktails. Foods are meant to be shared but I would say portions were pretty large. They recommend 2-3 plates per person. Few groups of 4 dining so makes it fun to try a bunch of different items. Sadly forgot to get pictures of my food. Menu changes frequently and dumplings are daily. They even ran out of the daily dumpling after I ordered and served us another option (though the daily one looked abd sounded better). The sausage rice balls were my fave!“

“Checked out Orchid Thai for lunch and it was very good. The staff was welcoming and attentive, the atmosphere was great and the food was very good. We started with the tempura cauliflower and the steamed butterfly dumplings - both were delicious. My entree of crispy pad thai was better than I have had in quite awhile. Everyone at the table enjoyed their meals. It is certainly a good take when looking for delicious Thai food.“
