“I have to start off by saying, had I written this 4-6 months ago, the rating would be closer to a 2-star, but Management has taken feedback seriously and been working hard to hire new staff and improve the quality of their products. The pandemic hit this location pretty hard and they struggled to keep staff from leaving and taking advantage of Maine's unemployment benefits resulting from COVID. I can't hold that agains the General Manager, but it did impact the quality food being put out and made it difficult to keep up with the demand and traffic they got from customers. I used their survey opportunities, after several purchases to raise some concerns around quality and speed of product delivery. I got a response and an apology letter from the GM. To go to that length to address a customer's concern is admirable. Since then, they have been able to get staff to stick around, the food quality has gone up and the service time to getting the final product has greatly improved. I believe the drive thru still has areas of improvement because it still is a bit on the slow side, but I am confident that will improve. I do have to give props to an older worker who recognized I was lactose intolerant when I asked her to remove cheese and avoid a dressing for a salad I had ordered. She was quick to point out which options would best suit my dietary needs. Overall, I am basing this review of the last several interactions I had following the lockdown and the fact the GM took the time to respond to my survey responses and address some of the issues I had raised. I applaud that.“

“I don't often go into fast food restaurants, but we had just gotten back from a long afternoon at a friend's and it seemed like a good idea since we have hungry little kids.The inside was actually quite nice! I know sometimes fast food places get overlooked because of stereotypes, but my family had a very pleasant experience there. We ordered through the app ahead of time, which was very convenient and offered discounts. The food was freshly made and tasted good. The workers were nice as well and they brought it directly to our table.Definitely keeping this place on the list for easy evening meals with a family.Kid-friendliness: They have happy meal toys, and my kids just liked the colorful paint on the walls.“

“I came in late and ordered 2 sandwhiches. Date was 03/04/24. Time was 8:18pm. The 5 star rating is for the very patient and kind girl (551? I didn't catch her name) who seems to always be working alone. She did a fantastic job as always. You guys need more staff to support her. To be clear: she didn't complain and continued on with a smile, but a guy notices when someone is pulling more than their own weight. Awesome job by her. Management needs to take notice if they haven't already. Give the girl a raise and some help please.“

“Just started working across the street. Had lunch, last week, and breakfast today. Both times, the service was impeccable. Genuinely happy to serve you and see you happy. Cleaner than other BK's. And not to nit pick, but my hash browns were hot and fresh as opposed to my regular BK in Lewiston on Main St, that was my normal BK. It was hit or miss. I am a simple man. I like Burger King and LOVE that this one is across my my new job. Thank You Burger King Farmington! You can get Burger King, anywhere, but not with the same Maine Local Treatment.“

“Best KFC/Taco Bell around. I recommend going on weekdays, they have the best staffing then and the food is always perfect. If you want to get through the drive-thru fast, order chicken. Expect a wait for your taco stuff but it'll be worth it.“

“Have to give a shout out to whoever was cooking in Farmington last night! We stopped in and grabbed a bucket of chicken,a Mac & cheese bowl and a chocolate cake.Everything was perfect down to the moist cake.My husband said it was the best chicken he has ever gotten at a KFC before!“

“My first time having Pizza Hut pizza. I had the New Yorker, which is just pepperoni. It was so good. I also had the salad bar which is all you can eat for $6.95. It wasn't busy and service was great. Will definitely go again. Only giving 4 stars due to the floor being a bit dirty.“
