Oh, I would recommend this place for years except the best employee, Chris, who I’m trying to get in touch with to represent apparently was terminated, but they’re saying he quit. I’m not sure he was the best employee management here give him the hardest time along with the other employees now I would not recommend this place at all until they give Chris what he needed to stay or hire him back or give them severance pay because there’s a 24 hour Burger King on the northbound...read full review
We were at the Burger King in the north bound side and I just wanted to say we had a great experience, Joyce, the lady who took our order was super friendly and had great customer service skills and the manager, Arthur I believe his name is, was very nice! Over all a great lunch time, thank you both!
The staff needs to be trained on how to listen to the customer! I specifically ordered a 10 piece chicken nugget meal knowing that was all my son would eat. The cashier charged me for 20 (and we received 20). Also, we were not asked what kind of dipping sauce we wanted so when our daughter went up and asked for sauce, she was given attitude and told that we should've already gotten it with our order. I had to step in order for my kids to get their sauce. Unbelievable!
