I love Bandaloop and go here often. I love that the menu changes frequently, so I can always try something new. The staff are all friendly and attentive. The patio and bar area are a great place to catch up with girlfriends for a cocktail.
Besides the location not being near the water or dock square, this is our favorite restaurant in the area.The food is unique and each dish we've had is delicious. It's the perfect place for someone with allergies or vegan, but they still maintain options for folks who like cheese and meat. Most of the dishes have an Asian/coconut cream type flare.The ambiance inside has a warm, modern farm to table vibe with lots of exposed wood beams and candle like edison bulbs. Been meaning to go for a while, and heard good things, but wow, far better than I imagined. Although unpretentious in atmosphere and service, the quality of food was over the top from the homemade bread to the entrees, simply superb. Paul, our server, was fantastic- paired a superb wine for my entree and picked out a great port for the end. Thanks for a great dining experience!
