“I have attended the car shows which are kid friendly and eaten here recently. I have to say- their Rueben is out of this world. I know, I know, what? But its amazing! They have a Haddock version too if you like that! The kids menu is great the Mac and cheese is homemade! The weather has been great so you can sit outside or they have a/c in the front bar. I used to come here and drink when I was younger and they still have a fun nightlife!! But daytime bands, events and other stuff for the daytime too! Either way, you'd be surprised ( in a good way!)“

“Very tasty breakfast and drinks! I stopped in while visiting from Vermont and ordered a breakfast BLT and maple chai latte and thoroughly enjoyed all of it. The atmosphere was relaxed and comfortable and the staff was very friendly. Thank you, Tyler!“

“Restaurant was recommended to us by the lodging we stayed at in Kenebunk. Waited about 20 minutes before we were seated. Staff were super friendly and attentive to customers. Our server was efficient and his recommendations for dinner were on point.
The main meals included lamb shank and wild rice. Meat was super tender and well seasoned. We also ordered linguini pasta with meatballs which was delicious. The cream filled eclair served with ice cream was decadent.

“We were lucky enough to work with Matt and Mariah for our wedding this past Saturday. The grounds are absolutely gorgeous with built in features and perfectly accommodated our reception tent, cocktail hour and ceremony. Everyone raved about the food and cocktails but more often than not, our guests complimented the wait staff on their attentiveness. Our wedding was beyond anything we could’ve ever dreamed, thank you to the team at Wandby Landing!!“

“This is a hidden gem and I’m so grateful to have found it. I got the Monstah Lobstah roll and it certainly lived up to its name. It was so big that I was able to bring half home to eat at a later time. We will definitely be back and hopefully Caitlin will be our waitress again… a super nice young lady. “We stopped in for lunch today and as always had a great experience. Service was quick and food was great, as always. I had the chicken tenders (with their delicious ranch dressing) and fries. My husband had the wings, tossed in teriyaki. Both our dishes came out nice and hot and both were delicious! We have been multiple times and every experience has been a good one! “This is a very big and specious restaurant with a gaming area, we came here dinner. I got the fish and chips, the Haddock was absolutely delicious. My friend got the steak and cheese which looked amazing and was yummy too. I had a Margarita and it was made just right, not watered down. We did not check out the pool tables but looked like it would have been a wonderful fun experience. Maybe next time. They have parking in the back of the restaurant, the street parking spots are always full. There’s a public parking garage about 3 minutes walk across the street. Overall, good restaurant, highly recommend.“

“Just returned from our first time in Old Orchard Beach and Birdie's was BY FAR our best meal there. This is REAL home cookin'. Homemade iced tea, mashed potatoes that taste like your momma made 'em and a lovely and attentive server named Jody(?) that made us feel very taken care of. No frills or ocean views, but I'm shocked that this place doesn't have better reviews. I regret not having every meal there.“

“This little hole in the wall restaurant was a great surprise. It's a short walk from the main area of OOB and is located right on the beach. The tables are literally set in the sand. Beyond that is dune grass and the ocean. I had the best tacos in my life! They featured cole slaw, pulled chicken and sweet Thai chili sauce. Delicious!“

“It's a great dive bar. As a bartender from a land far away in the western lands of Colorado.. this place made me feel at home. If you don't like your drinks strong or served with some sass, stay around the pier and expect paying 3X the price for a fake smile and the same shot. Personally, I tip good for strong drinks and service that's direct. Best bar in Old Orchard.

“I come specifically to Old Orchard Beach every year just to eat at The Bell Buoy. They serve the best seafood and are very closely located to the pier and beach. You can’t go wrong with anything on the menu, but the lobster is a huge selling point. Friendly staff, great food, good service, and a mere walking distance from many of the other attractions. I cannot recommend this place enough, and hope it remains open forever.“

I enjoy seeing the same family operating this business since I was a kid! The food is excellent, consistent and best bang for your buck here. Excellent burgers, pizza, mile long franks & more! If you want to experience the most traditional OOB summer food then you must stop here. To me its an OOB landmark“

“I recently had the pleasure of trying the pizza and I’ve had the iced coffee, several times and they are absolutely fantastic! The pizza was perfectly baked very flavorful. Each bite was bursting with flavor, from the rich, savory sauce to the gooey, melted cheese. The balance between the ingredients made it a deliciously satisfying meal. As for the iced coffee, coconut cream and death by chocolate mixed are my favorite! There are always a few great choices for flavor options too. Overall, the pizza and iced coffee are so good and I’d highly recommend trying both!“

“We had a mini family reunion at the Dory this week. 10 total including 3 kids. Jenna the bartender was the best! She pulled together a bunch of tables for us outside near the pool, made sure to show the kids where the game rooms were, and got us a round of drinks, she was like a one woman band! We started out with a few of the appetizers so we could catch up with the relatives. The deep fried cheese curds were the favorite, but everyone enjoyed the wings and hummus too. Finally corralled the kids and ordered dinners. There is something for everyone on the menu, roll ups, pizza, burgers, sliders...and of course the piece de resistance (as far as the kids were concerned) for dessert, fabulous milkshakes. It's a great casual place and we will be back soon.“
