“This is a hidden gem and I’m so grateful to have found it. I got the Monstah Lobstah roll and it certainly lived up to its name. “Absolutely loved the vibe, service, and food. Our server was on his very first day and his coworker was so helpful to him in answering our questions. Their teamwork was great. We sat upstairs at lunchtime and the vibe and decor, including fish shaped water bottles, was perfect as were the views.

We were a table of 4 and all the food was great including coconut shrimp, chowder, fried fish sandwich, baked haddock, and more. We didn’t have drinks but we could see delicious cocktails being served at the bar. We will definitely plan to come back here again and again!

“Always the best food and customer service in town. We have been going to 50 local for years, it continues to be a family favorite. Have to share because it made such a hard evening just a little easier. A few weeks ago we lost our dog Scout very tragically. I called in an order to go and whn I went in to pick it up the hostess immediately knew something was wrong. She asked if I was alright and I instantly broke down.. I told her what had just happened. She then proceeded to give me two desserts, gave me a big hug and, told me they were on the house. It wasn’t about the desserts (they were fantastic as always) it was more the kindness, support and, sympathy that she showed us that evening. From the bottom of our hearts we appreciate you all so much.“

“This little hole in the wall restaurant was a great surprise. It's a short walk from the main area of OOB and is located right on the beach. The tables are literally set in the sand. Beyond that is dune grass and the ocean. I had the best tacos in my life! They featured cole slaw, pulled chicken and sweet Thai chili sauce. Delicious!“

The pulled pork nachos are my favorite thing I've had so far!
We went in with a large group and everyone's food came out hot at the same time. The wait staff were all super helpful and patient with a large group and kept the table cleared of dishes at every chance.

“I had the bone in Rib-eye medium Well. Came out fast and Perfect!! Extra broccoli and an order of Asparagus. I did order the Candied Hanging Bacon, Had to. The waitress came out and seared it right at the table. I’m for sure coming back!“

“This place is right on the strip. Awesome Location. Sit outside in their 2nd tier area and enjoy the views of the ocean and the amusement park. But the best has yet to come. Our server George was a notch above the rest. Guy was prompt, made us great drinks, very social, and added to what we thought was already a great time. George puts the icing on the cake. Ask him for one of his toasts and you'll be amazed. He's truly an example of great customer service. We look forward to our yearly trip to OOB. Now we look forward even more knowing George will be there and the great drinks that come with it.“

We had the BBQ for 2 with pinto beans, cashew queso with chips and collard greens (originally to get in a green veggie but wow, delicious!) “We have been going to Horizons for many years. The food is always wonderful and Mary Ellen and her staff are always smiling and welcoming. One of the only places you can get a choice of how you want your eggs poached and they always come out right. Best choice for breakfast in the area.“

Its a local gathering spot but convenient if you are trust passing through. A very easy going vibe will be found here with $5 22oz draft beer 🍺 Wednesdays.“

Tucked away right next to the pool, this spot was exactly what I needed—a laid-back escape from the downtown hustle and bustle of Kennebunkport. I was initially confused about how to get in (thought I was lost for a second!), but once I found it, I knew I’d discovered something special.

Plenty of shady spots to lounge, a great indoor-outdoor vibe, and seriously relaxing poolside energy. A lot of games for kids. The menu hits all the right notes—classic food and drink options that are comforting and satisfying.

The real highlight? Kayla, the bartender. She was an absolute joy! Super friendly, attentive, and full of great local recs. Her service was top-notch, and she made the whole experience that much more enjoyable. We chatted, laughed, and I left already looking forward to coming back.

“I come specifically to Old Orchard Beach every year just to eat at The Bell Buoy. They serve the best seafood and are very closely located to the pier and beach. You can’t go wrong with anything on the menu, but the lobster is a huge selling point. Friendly staff, great food, good service, and a mere walking distance from many of the other attractions. I cannot recommend this place enough, and hope it remains open forever.“

“OMG the waitress was incredible! We had a beer flight and she was out of one beer so she gave us a pumpkin spice with sugar and cinnamon on the rim, it was delicious. I had the Maine sampler (lobster roll, clam chowder, fries and blueberry cobbler)and hubby had the fish and chips. Both were delicious and we enjoyed the view of the boats docked while we ate. “So we were driving on our way back to Ogunquit and we’re sure where to grab lunch. We driven by the Fish Camp several times but had never stopped: we are so happy we did! It was a quiet late afternoon, and we had plenty of parking to chose from. I had the fish & chips, and paired that with a relatively new offering from their tap - BARLEYWINE!! Both the food and the suds were great. My girl had the humus and it was a serving size that could easily accommodate more than one
person (2-3). And they are dog friendly, which is a must for us.
