“A Hidden Gem Worth the Wait Our first visit to Ralph’s started a little rocky — we waited quite a while for our order to be taken and our food to arrive. But our patience was absolutely rewarded. The breakfast was phenomenal — easily one of the best we’ve had in years. Ralph’s may be small, but it’s clearly beloved; people were happily waiting close to an hour, which says everything about the quality of the food. The bakery alone is worth the trip — an impressive selection of beautifully crafted pastries that taste just as incredible as they look. We can’t wait to return and try more of what Ralph’s has to offer.”

“To me I don't have such an advanced palate as to be a coffee snob. For me what makes the coffee great is The smiling faces of the people who serve it to me. This aroma Joe's has such a friendly staff I just feel good coming here.”

“Beautiful afternoon setting!\nThe Little Lost Kitchen or "Lost Kitchen in Freedom, Maine is a wonderful experience.\nThe setting is at a tool mill and a pretty garden adjacent to a large pond with a bridge.\nThe garden setting has an outdoor fireplace perfect for sitting or just reading a book.\nThe kitchen was open, and you can smell the delicious aromas. Wife ordered the roasted beet salad. An amazing arrangement photo worthy.\nThe two piece corn flake herb fried chicken with coleslaw and a warm biscuit with butter and honey served in a basket was an epicurean's delight.\nOur friends who have been sending postcards for years for the lottery reservation were absolutely right that the food is amazing!\nThe Shop at The Mill has beautiful crafts. (See the ramekins that look like paper folded condiment containers)”
“T.D's have a great newly expanded space for indoor seating, for when the blackflies or black clouds make sitting outside not so fun. We're so lucky to have them as our "local". May they keep on keepin on for many years. ?”

“A hidden gem. This was probably the best beef teriyaki I have ever had. The vegetable fried rice had very fresh vegetables. Very clean eating which I appreciate. Not like the crappy Chinese food places full of chemicals and pre-made everything. I will definitely be back for more.”

“I will admit that I have had some of the bad experiences listed here in the past. Lately though, they have been 2 especially great employees in Olivia and a friendly young man working with her this morn 1/21/19. The coffee has been hot and the right strength and Olivia always gives me a perfect egg, bacon and cheese on a croissant. A perfectly toasted and not limp croissant!!! I have always thought the problem at the place was in the training. Some needed more training in putting out consistently good product and didn't get it. Anyway, I saw the young man working on Christmas. I sure hope the owners appreciate these two employees and compensate them fairly. When either or both are working, the whole feel of the place has changed!”
