“Less than friendly staff from the time I placed the order over the phone to the interaction with staff on-site at time of pickup. Crust is a bit rubbery and sauce has a unique taste that almost resembles spaghetti Os sauce. 2 large pizzas (1 cheese and 1 cheese & pepperoni) for $35 is a bit overpriced. Pepperoni was used very sparingly...at least half of what you'd expect from any pizza joint“

We gathered in the back room and the atmosphere was very cozy, with Christmas music playing in the background. What a great place to have a baby shower, bridal shower, birthday party, etc. Lisbon's own hidden gem of a restaurant. “A pleasant surprise! We were driving leisurely back from Longfellow's Greenhouse on a Sunday afternoon, and stumbled upon Melissa's Pub and Grill. The food was excellent, as were the prices. To add to the enjoyment, there was live music from a guy named Justin Carver. The staff was pleasant, and seemed to have a good time together, which says a lot about a place! We'll be back!“

I had to run an errand to Auburn and figured it was worth a shot. we got the 20" meat pizza and I will confirm it was absolutely delicious: perfectly cooked, fresh dough, just the right amount of toppings... that actually tasted delicious. They had an excellent selection of craft beers, and the food was fantastic. I had a delicious Pulled Pork Bowl, and my friends ordered huge, flavorful pizzas. “Update 5/1/2025 : After living in the area for years and visiting here several times, I can confidently say I've never had a bad experience. I've brought my mother and grandmother here for Mother's day and I've celebrated birthdays here. I have not once been disappointed.

The food has always been hot and came out in a reasonable timeframe. The staff has always been friendly. The owner/manager has even let us try out specialty items they're experimenting with before putting them on the menu.

“Ive been a life long customer of this store. I love coming in to get a Ham Italian now and then. Lately its a 50/50 chance of getting your order made right. My parents and I all got Italian sandwiches tonight. One with no tomatoes or olives, one with no peppers, and one unmodified. The unmodified had no tomatoes, the other one had green peppers, and mine had olives. All 3 were made incorrectly. The young staff were goofing off and not paying attention, while discussing whether the mop water in the bucket was from Saturday (today's Wednesday), or from Monday.

These kids making the food just don't pay attention. Too busy looking at their phones or talking to each other to not make mistakes. I love the store but I politely suggest having a staff meeting to discuss this. Other people I know have been having the same issue.“

“Cruzin' Slice catered my wedding this past October. Although the venue was located outside of their typical radius, they graciously made an exception. I'm so glad they did! The pizza was delicious, the cooking time was quick, and they provided accommodations for dietary restrictions that some of our friends and family had. Communication leading up to the wedding was great and professional. Highly recommend for any event!“
