“Definitely not just Italian food. Freshies offers an array of healthier options for the grab and go younger professional, and even soccer moms! Prices are comparable to other convenience stores. Staff is usually super friendly and helpful. I'd suggest grabbing one of their new pizzas! The recipes they come out with seem super professional!!!”

“We had a rehearsal dinner catered by Moe’s a little over a week ago on Saturday night of Memorial Day Weekend. The event was in Bar Harbor. The food was excellent and plentiful. We had ribs, mac and cheese, cornbread, chicken, cold slaw , dessert and more. The two servers were the BEST. Mackie and Cody were great! Extremely personable and friendly to everyone. I would order from Moe’s again wthout a doubt.”

“Their lobster rolls are AMAZING, huge and delicious. Their French fries and coleslaw are the best. We got ours “to go”. Everything is packed separately: lobster meat in PINT-SIZED containers, coleslaw, French fries and two rolls (there’s more than enough lobster to fill two rolls). They deserve 10 stars, but 5 stars is the limit.”

“Returning back for homecoming reminded me how jealous I am this location opened near the end of my time at UMaine. I do have fond memories of their OG location that could barely fit 20 people in downtown Orono. This spot would be one of my go to spots as a current student cause OBC makes great beers, easily some of the best in the greater Bangor area. Also their fried chicken rivals most other options in the state I have tried. So crunchy and the chicken was perfectly juicy and the blueberry sauce made for a great condiment. Also their tater tots are cooked to perfection and perfectly seasoned. Service was friendly and quick even with the crazy amount of people around for homecoming. This spot is huge especially when factoring in all the outdoor space for cornhole and other games. This is a must check-out brewery in Maine. It rivals some of the best in the state and they are a brewery that could succeed anywhere in the state. Always going to appreciate Orono Brewing for being the first craft brewery I would frequently visit. They also have a great UMaine pride!”

“Great food and great service always. I love the turkey bacon ranch, the bread is always fresh and they are very generous with all toppings! I also love that when I ask for an extra side of ranch, the employees take extra care in communicating to those making the food that it’s on the sandwich, and on the side. Which I just love! “This is an ice cream/blizzard only place but it's always been a complete pleasure to grab a blizzard from here, I've tried quite a few different blizzards out but my all time favorite is and will always be is the "Banana Split Blizzard" totally hard to beat in my book but I'm sure you all have your favorites and if you do then this DQ is the one you want to go to because this place has a really good group of employees and every single one of them will help you have your best ice cream experience that they can offer and they will do so with a smile. Hope this review helps with your decision to try this location if you haven't been here yet it's totally worth it

Parking: I've never had an issue finding parking here, there's 4 regular spots right out front along with 2 wheel chair spots and along the whole right-hand side where the line for the drive through is there's another 10 to 12 more spots and a few out back, even when it's super busy and at it's busiest there's always a spot or 3 open

Kid-friendliness: This place loves their kid costumers and takes good care of them, one day my wife and I decided to stop in for our favorite frosty treat and this poor little girl had dropped her ice cream and before we could offer to buy her a new one, one of the employees had made her a new one and handed it to her while another one was fetching the mop to clean up the mess

Wheelchair accessibility: There's 2 spots out front of the place and an employee will usually open the doors for you”

“Hazy ipa was outstanding. I wasn’t crazy about the peanut butter stout but the person I was with loved it. Don’t go for the food, go for the beer. Food though is priced reasonably and is perfect with beer but not if you want a meal.”
