“I really love you guys,always super nice and coffee better than the others around..I know things are crazy right now,and hired on alot of new crew members but we go everyday, around the same time, same employees working we see most days but for at least the last 2 weeks going through drive thru if one or the others coffee isnt made wrong, it's been missing the flavor we wanted or we got a different one completely, and/or its been the number of muffins,wraps,or doughnuts I've ordered... which I wouldn't mind if it was a once ina while thing ,but it's one or the other every day and my order is being REPEATED back right to me so what's going on!!??!!?? you guys are always great when something's been wrong or burnt but if in a rush I dont double check bags or tags on coffee, we live 20ish minutes away and I'm bringing back food for kids and the other half on a time crunch, and never realise until already home, it's not just as easy as coming back for something to be done over again or get what's missing.. you need a screen in drive thru for ordering so things like this are avoided on both ends!“
