The restaurant is on the 2nd floor of the condo complex and parking is free and ample. There are multiple fireplaces, a pool table and the owner, Frank, is a great conversationalist and active in his operation.“

“First time at the Watershed and we felt like family from the moment we walked in. We were greeted cheerfully and seated promptly by the Tom, the owner. His wife Vicky, the chef, designed a fantastic menu. We enjoyed our appetizer of Raclette, delicious with house made focaccia. Our food came out hot and quickly. Janet, our server, was courteous and very attentive. We ordered the seasonal ravioli, which was mushroom and delicious. Our son had the special of sausage and meatballs over rigatoni. It tasted great, as if my Italian momma made it!The cannoli for dessert couldn’t be better. Pistachio encrusted and not too sweet. Wine selection complimented the meal nicely. Reasonably priced.“
