“Employees change over time as well as the sandwich making skills. The recent one I got was layered well and and in regards to atmosphere it was clean and quiet. The employee was kind and professional. It was the super chicken bacon sub on herb and cheese bread.“

“They were in a large rush due to the influx of people from my marching band but the service was good. I got the veggie sandwich with cheese and the only note I have is I want more mushrooms, but I can just ask for that in the future. The milkshakes took a while and my friend wasn’t a fan of hers but, once again, total rush. The reviews everywhere was tacky.“

“We stopped here on way to Orono Friday. The food was so good! Two of us got salads which were absolutely amazing for fast food. My son got a double cheeseburger and fries and all of the food was very good. The restaurant was clean and staff was helpful.“

“Usually I have a good time eating here (other than the fact they removed to soda fountain from the dining area) but I’ll share what happened tonight: I put remove and add ketchup on my mcchicken on the kiosk. I get a mcchicken with just mayo no ketchup. Go up to the counter to let them know and ask for ketchup packets, the lady behind the counter asks if there were any other modifications to my sandwich and I tell her no lettuce and regular ketchup, she types it on the cash register computer and then they just walk away. Still have no idea if they put it in there for fun or not because I still don’t have the ketchup packets or what I suppose was a new sandwich.

The manager seems professional, nice and he knows how to run a restaurant. The employees were professional. The food is good. A fun place to have a burger.“

“The manager on shift had the personality of a rock. Shoved our drinks and food at us. Didn't ask if we wanted any condiments. We sat at the window for 5 minutes waiting to ask for the dipping sauce, which we wanted. After looking at us multiple times and not coming back to the window, my husband honked the horn. After honking and waving her back over, she opened the window with the worst attitude and just looked at us. After asking for the sauce she passed them over and slammed the window. Customer service is the biggest part of the fast food world being one who worked at BK for 17 years as an owner....SMH but I'm not knocking the whole crew. I just hope they don't follow in her personality footsteps.“

“We love the pizza. We live in southern Maine and there are no Pizza Hut around for years. We went to Waterville for a concert and stopped by here for a pepperoni pizza at 11pm. Omg the best. “Have been here twice lately, ordering on the app and eating in the store, and both times have had EXCELLENT experiences! Today, it was only 1 woman working by herself. Even though she was busy, she took the time to stop and ask me if my bacon was crispy enough (I had requested it be extra crispy) and was not bothered at all that I asked her to cook it a little bit more. She had orders coming in left and right, through the computer and walk in customers, and she handled it like a pro! Also worth mentioning, my food was extremely fresh and delicious!
