“Has the one up the street in orono beat. Everytime I went to orono and asked for a midnight dark roast they would give me regular coffee like I could not tell. Last time I went back thru drive thru and dumped it out on the ground at the windo and have never gone back. Old town makes me a fresh pot if they don't have any made. If you advertise it you should sell it not give you something you did not order. Thank you old town DDs. Mustang guy.“

“First off, there is easy parking for Frank's. That makes everything nicer. That they have been a fixture since 1945 is also nice, but the real test is the product. Being greeted by enthusiastic counter people was lovely. It was easy to figure out who was an employee by their hats and shirts-a very nice touch and nod to the past. Two thumbs up to everything we sampled, from gluten free cheesecake and yummy cookies to pizza. We are looking forward to sampling a sandwich or an entree during our next visit. Hopefully they'll be around for a lot longer--and by their track record, it seems like a good bet.“

“This is one of the best Dunkin's in the Bangor area. The people are friendly and take the time to learn your name if you come in regularly. My order is almost always made perfectly, on the rare occasion something isn't right, they are always happy to fix it without question or attitude.Parking: There aren't many spots for parking, maybe 8 or 10 out front and slightly more out back. However, this dunkin is fast so spots open up all the time.“

“the workers were SO incredibly nice. they were understaffed and working on over drive to get peoples orders done with efficiency, and they did it with a happy spirit and a smile on their face. coffee was great and so was the food. we were here the weekend and every single time it was this way, 10/10! for the people who complained about it taking so long to get their food have never worked in the food industry with short staff“

“This location is phenomenal, I never have had any issues here. All the staff are always friendly and awesome when it comes to my order's. Regardless of how they are feeling during that time weather it's stress levels high or what have you they are on top of it. They all work really really hard. I just want to say I understand the stress they go through from work. I use to be a manager at the dunkin in Eddington, I now own shares of Dunkin, I have also been a Manager for Tractor Supply and Wendy's as well and I am a very high share holder for both those companies as well. The staff at this location work extremely hard and go the extra mile Regardless of the annoying mobile order's that come through I totally get it I was extremely annoyed with mobile order's back to back constant as well. I am now a regular for this location. And employees/managers for this location. I just want to let you know your hard work is noticed Regardless of the bad reviews sometimes a lot of people do understand and do notice you. Great job to you all!!!.“

“This Dunkin is located in a Tradewinds in Veazie. The drive thur was quick and efficient. Staff was friendly and attentive. I will say the drive thur space is very tight and close to the building. Use caution in winter weather if your not a good tight space driver!“

“Amy is great. And I'm surprised this place doesn't have a higher rating. So I'm happy to help with that. Yeah it's just a chain-coffee shop, but it does a solid-job. First off, I can say this Dunkin is often on time and the orders are typically handled well. I live near another one closer to the college, but prefer to come here, as the lines are often shorter and I feel this place does a great job of customer service. Today was no exception, being that the staff seemed to have forgotten our food order in the midst of other online orders. My initial thinking was: No problem. I understand a lot of places are understaffed and doing their best to handle the current boom after the pandemic. No big deal right? Well, the result was handled perfectly. Amy asked that I pull over, and after a few short minutes, brought out our remaining items, along with a refund for the wait. I was very appreciative and it just goes to show that even when a place as simple as a coffee shop shows care and consideration for their customers, it goes a long way! Thanks again Amy, and Dunkin for the coffee/breakfast. You know I'll be spending that refund on my regular order soon!“

“For those of you complaining about the rest room being locked and having to make a purchase to use it.. this location has had several overdoses in their bathroom. Most places in bangor no longer have a public restroom due to the homeless population. I cant say i blame them. Drugs use and homelessness are real issues everywhere but especially in the bangor area. I never have issues with the workers, my coffee is always good, and when I need to use the restroom there is no issues because I am usually there making a purchase. This location is super busy and still makes my coffee right every time. And they have been making an effort to keep the bums from hanging around inside and outside. However, they can't do much if they make a purchase.“
