“The staff was extremely helpful and attentive. My sister in law put in an online order but we got very delayed picking it up. They happily refreshed the coffee for no charge and happily put up with our large family group requesting dozens of different things.“

“I have been to this Dunkin several times a month over the past couple years. While the quality can vary depending on the person making your drink (Starbucks also has the same issue), they offer one thing that stand out: how quick they are give you your order, I have never had to wait longer than 1 minute unless there is a car in front of me. I also do mobile order at my apartment a few blocks away and within 5 minutes my order is ready. Today, I did a mobile order and ran into traffic so it took me about 20 minutes, unlike Starbucks that doesn't care about your drink after they made it, one team member (thank you, I don't remember your name!) noticed my cold foam was melting since I wasn't able to pick up my drink in a timely fashion and put new cold foam on it when I was in the drive-thru. I really appreciate the service here even if the food/drink quality can vary some days. Also, it's nice to see how friendly the team members are some days!“

“Love the gluten free options. The frosted brownies are amazing. The mint frosted brownie is out of this world!!! Sometimes I’ll be there when there’s a GF éclair. Have had the tuna melt with GF cheese bread. Sooo good. All kinds of other great choices. Staff and owners are helpful. I“

“As good as any Dunkin Doughnuts outlet I've ever been to, the place is always pretty clean the bathrooms are usually pretty clean and tidy. Employees are eager to take your order and have your stuff to you fairly quick while they always have amazing attitudes (service with a smile) I've been stopping at this location while I'm in town for quite a long time now and I've only had to have them fix my order once and that's pretty rare because my wife and I are constantly receiving our orders from different places and there either someone else's order or we are missing something in our order, but it's not a huge problem at this location, these employees have their job pretty well down packed and in today's busy world that right there is a huge plus especially when you in a hurry to be somewhere

Parking: There's about a dozen to 15 regular parking spots to be had and 2 to 3 handicap parking spots so there shouldn't be any trouble for anyone to find parking at this location

Kid-friendliness: This place is super friendly with kids and I've even seen the employees give them their favorite doughnut or sneak in a few extra munchkins for them which is sweet

Wheelchair accessibility: There's either 2 or 3 spots at this location for handicap parking so no worries if your restricted to a wheelchair and want to go in for a coffee or for a bite, this place will treat you as a priority as well as most of it's customers“

“I've been to multiple dunkins throughout Bangor and Brewer, i haven't said it on the others but this Amanda girl, I've seen her at just about all of them. Some nights when I've stopped and shes working, she's solo its truly something when it comes to her work, especially evening to night when theres a rush of people. She's fast, kind, and patient. Thank you for making my experiences that much better and for working a hard as you do.“

“I don’t eat at D&D, as I only get an extra large hot coffee with French van and cream. I go to 4 or 5 D&D locations a day as I drink 4 to 5 ex Lg coffees a day. Yes I am addicted to coffee. If D&D ever needs a poster child I am it. I travel from Va to ME for my job and I stop at many locations on my travels.“
