“This particular one is exceptional. Great service and construction of sandwiches. When I went there today, the mgr was all alone and still cranked out the product in a timely manner. There was a line of 8-9 customers, some with multiple sandwiches, and she just had at it. The owner should take note of the dedication and effort of this woman.“

“Guy at the counter was clutch with helping dish out coupons to my friends and I. He was tapping in all 5 of our orders at lightning speed. We got a ton of stuff and I don’t think any of us finished it cause it’s friggin Wendy’s. Classic experience where the food looks so much better than it really is but we alr knew that.“

“Coming back from the Allagash our hungry crew of thirteen came in after lunchtime. Our sandwich chef was remarkably patient, and thoughtful (considering the crew was made up of 9 teenagers it was impressive). With the exception of a minor switch up, she handled the situation with experience and candor. Great place, even better ambiance, would go there again for sure. I will recommend it to friends in the future.“

“So, my husband and I came through earlier this evening, and got Chick-Fil-A. Unfortunately both of our Mac and cheese had a hair in both.Now. I know what your thinking...'why would you leave a great review? That's gross.' And I'll tell you why. Regardless of this, we've gone here for a while, even came by tbe day of our wedding, and did lunch here, with my family and his family (bless them not causing an issue for so many of us here in one go.) and they've always gone above and beyond.Tonight was no different. When we found a hair in my Mac and cheese, we figured, it happens, but wasn't a big deal I just wouldn't eat it. Until...he had one in his, then we thought what are the odds, there is no way..but it was, we drove through their drive thru, and got I believe his name was David. (I feel awful i couldnt remember his name, he was wonderful!) He apologized beyond what we even really expected, a simple were sorry, was okay and more then we even wanted, but he went above and beyond, made sure we got a replacement of each, and refunded us for both our mac and cheese. Which is more then I can say for any other fast-food establishment in bangor, or anywhere.While, yeah, it wasnt what we wanted in our Mac and cheese, the just willingness to make it right, we definitely will be continuing to go. First and only issue we have ever had there, and they handled it a lot better then we would imagine from a fast food placeWould recommend“

“We have eaten here a couple of times, and the sandwiches are great. I would recommend avoiding peak times. We went there on our lunch break and were told it would be 15 to 20 minutes for food (which seemed doable), so we ordered. It was 40 minutes later before our food came out! We had to rush in earing and we were still late getting back from lunch.“

“Best Burger ever. I drive 30 miles to have one. Fresh cut fries and chocolate milkshake top it off nicely. Really goes down a treat.Dietary restrictions: I love that they offer gluten-free options. My daughter has celiac disease. Five Guys is one of the places that we can go to eat together.Means alot.“

“Our impromptu late-night dessert quest led us to Dairy Queen in Maine. Although the store's doors were locked when we arrived after 8pm, the drive thru remained open, welcoming us to indulge our sweet tooth cravings. We all ordered the renowned Blizzards and the service was prompt and friendly ensuring we didn't have to wait long to dive into our delicious treats. This was another classic Dairy Queen.“

“I almost always do drive thru or take out here. The restaurant itself is small with the tables right next to each other.The drive thru always has a line that moves quickly. The workers are usually fast, polite, and accurate. The food is fine, the ice cream is delicious.My only complaint is that when ordering a sundae (ex- a banana split), in a drive thru, they ought to put a cover on it. Especially when they see only one person in the vehicle. However, this complaint is minor as they always cover it if I ask them to.Love that they are open year round and all afternoon and evening. Good place for ice cream - recommended.Parking: Plenty of parking, spots by the door always seem to be open- probably because most people use the drive thru.“

“This is my go-to subway. The people who work here are exceptionally friendly and good at what they do. I'm very much a regular to the point where I don't even have to order some days because they have it memorized! I always look forward to visiting. Thank you for being so great!“
