I loooove the idea of a dessert bar. However, I was expecting something a little more upscale, and was surprised at how loud/packed the restaurant was. We also felt like they may have been low staffed, but the people working were great! Our mocha martinis were VERY good and strong. We also got a chocolate torte to go, it was absolutely delicious.
Highly recommend Bar of Chocolate. We ordered the Chocolate Salted Caramel & German Chocolate Cake martinis & they were both amazing. Jim was our bartender & was super friendly & made the experience worthwhile. Will be back again!

One of my favorite spots in Portland. We have been coming here for 4+ years.The German chocolate cake martini is absolutely amazing, the crème brûlée is even better. Absolutely love sitting by the fires when it’s an option. Drinks are sweet and heavy, but worth every sip
