Unfortunately my shrimp and scallops came thawed and warm after the 24 hour travel to Carlsbad New Mexico and out of that it sat in a UPS truck for 9 hours , And this company sent a full refund NO questions asked , that's why I gave them a 5 star , will try it again maybe when the weather cools down it has been 105 to 110 degrees here . So I appreciate the refund .
