“About a year ago,I got thoroughly disgusted with this store and never returned. Tonight,I was in a tight spot,and decided to go in. A Young Man named Brian or Bryan, whichever (my apologies) , was working the counter. He was a breath of fresh air. He asked me how I wanted things, and showed every care above and beyond any expectation I could have wished for. He politely chatted me up. It's odd to see a young person who cares these days. He then asked, only if I truly enjoyed my sandwich, would I leave a good review,not for him,but for that particular store. He said they were working hard to please,and I could tell. This young man deserves the Employee Of The Month Award,if there is one. If there isn't ,you need to invent one just for him. The kid deserves it!!! By the way,my sandwich was awesome!!???“
“Today I walked into subway on st John in Portland. There was a line with about 8 people consistently. With only one person working. She kept her composure under the stress as she was also doing online orders all at the same time with a line of people watching her. I did not catch her name but she is young and has red hair and glasses. She deserves to be acknowledged for her hard work grace and professionalism. She did not skip a beat. Give her a raise :)“
“I'd like to give a huge shout out to the staff at Subway for so graciously handling a couple of last minute catering orders I had to place earlier this month. The other food options I had planned for a training of 20 people didn't work because of dietary restrictions, so I called Subway to get sandwiches. They put together three big platters for us on very short notice, and were very gracious about the whole thing. Great people and the sandwiches came out great.“
