I had the best service this morning. Thanks for the great breakfast and the associates diligence on a busy morning. The line was busy but the associate just kept making bagels and sandwiches through the rush quickly, efficiently, and with a warm smile. Thanks again! Flying at PWM 5am on 10/17
Two people working here on a Sunday morning and you tell they’re working very hard. They won’t take orders and send you to the kiosk. The website doesn’t work to check out (HMS Host needs to fix that) and only one kiosk works. So the line backs up to the kiosks and then there is no way to know who is next to order. Searing area is also bad as the chairs can’t be pushed in. So people have to climb over chairs to get to other tables.
