“Yesterday, my friend and I encountered a woman in her 40s who approached us and started yelling about something we didn’t even do. The baristas were incredibly kind and stepped in to help, speaking with her and making sure we were okay. The manager also got involved and quickly handled the situation, bringing everything back to normal.

I highly recommend this Starbucks—the staff is always so nice and helpful to customers. They even asked if we wanted them to check on us while we were getting into our cars, which made us feel really safe. We come to this store almost every day, and we’ll definitely keep coming here after school!

“The other day they were hella short staffed, only 3 people who were running the drive through, customers inside and the online orders.I will say that there might have been a minute or two of wait time but they got our order out fast and accurately and we had ordered a butter pecan with XX, a muffin toasted/buttered, donut and a strawberry fruit coolatta.These 3 had a line around the building and they still managed to get everything done while maintaining a friendly professional attitude with the customerThey definitely earned their pay and should have been given a bonus for helping to keep Biddeford running that morning“

“A summer camp of 50+ unruly kids (and counselors) beat me there tonight after i placed my mobile order. Despite the massive amount of food they ordered (and the chaos occurring in the dining room as the workers went to serve food to car orders and other diners) they managed to get me in and out relatively quickly considering the extreme circumstances. Crew did well under pressure!“
