Panda Express Reviews
Always stop here when we can. Only ordered in person once and all other times via app. Seems like app orders are much faster. The staff is always busy trying to handle both. Definitely echo other commenters' opinion that this location needs to be a dedicated brick and mortar restaurant in a larger space outside the mall. They are the only restaurant that is busy and there is always a line so that says something about the demand. Hope this happens one day.
Fantastic Panda Express. Great flavor, fresh ingredients, tons of food!
Panda Express as a company surely has to realize how busy this location is. The long lines are crazy and honestly cause a security risk for the mall. There needs to be a standalone location in the greater Portland area to mitigate the super long wait times.
The staff here are all nice. The food here is good. However, waiting over 1 hour in a online pick-up line for food that was supposed to be picked up 45 minutes ago is unacceptable.

Panda Express, located in a busy mall, offers delicious and fresh Chinese food that many find worth trying. Customers often recommend the teriyaki chicken, while the portions are large and the prices are reasonable for the amount of food received. Despite the popularity causing a wait, the service remains good, and they are fast even with a long line. However, some customers feel that the food can be just okay. The lo mein and fried rice have been described as bland, and while the kung pao chicken has a little spice, some dishes lack the expected heat. There have been mentions of dry rice and flavorless orange chicken, but overall, it is a popular spot for those who enjoy quick Chinese cuisine and don't mind a small wait.
