“Food typical subway. Staff helpful and respectful. But we were not sure how to get my elderly mother up the steep from steps. She was determined and we did help her up with some trepidation, only to find out that around the back door is a place to walk out with a ramp. But this safer place wasn’t at first obvious to us as an option. I don’t believe there was a sign directing handicapped persons into another entrance that wasn’t seen from the main entrance. In the end we drove around back to pick her up. But if we hadn’t seen someone go out that back door mom planned to try to go back down the steep stairs. I had to stop her

In retrospect when we didn’t see a safe way inside we should’ve left and not attempted fate. Fortunately no one was injured. They need to find a better location or make it more obvious a safer place to enter and exit. It’s a huge risk and liability for Subway.“

“12/6/24 came in got 3 footlongs, In my younger days worked at Subway for a total of 6 years or more on and off, I know how a sandwich should be made, to the young women with blackish reddish hair who says she's been there 2 years, you made great sandwiches for me, Just enough of everything and you were super friendly, if I could figure out when she worked I would get subs on those days, if I'm spending my money, I want it how she did it, I never get that at any Subway, give this young women a raise for taking care in what her job entails.“

“My wrap was perfect! I asked my boyfriend to go in for me and get a spinach wrap and i always ask for extra extra extra black olives and it was perfect! The only reason I'm giving four stars is because I really wanted vitamin water but the vitamin water was super watery so it probably just needed to be filled but everyone was too busy and my boyfriend didn't want to ask!“
