“Only been a few times but every time I'm blown away at how good the food is. The biscuits and muffins have the most amazing texture. The hot chocolate tastes homemade with frothed milk. Bacon and eggs are super high quality and cooked to perfection. The service was fantastic; very friendly. They even took care to let the chef know about my daughters celiac for her gluten free breakfast sandwich and marked it right on the container for us. Highly recommend!!!!”

“Very knowledgeable and all fried foods are gluten free! Gluten free bun and pizza options. All sauces are gluten free too. Although no separate gluten free menu, the menu is clearly marked. Waitress was very patient with all of our questions. Summer salad was huge and sooo delicious and I created my own grilled chicken sandwich that was yummy and not dry!”

💬 My Experience:
We stopped by Firehouse Subs for a quick lunch while on the road. As always, their subs are top-notch. My son ordered the Caribbean Jerk Turkey on garlic bread, which was a great touch, and I had The Engineer, both sandwiches were flavorful and satisfying.

That said, I was a bit surprised at the total, over $30 for two sandwich meals. I don’t eat fast food often, so the price point caught me off guard. It felt more like sit-down restaurant pricing, though the quality was definitely solid.

One thing I wish restaurants would do differently is provide more transparency when asking customers to round up for a charity or donate at the point of sale. It’s not always clear what the cause is or where the money goes, and the added tip prompt for fast food service can also feel a bit misplaced.

“I’ve only had two bad experiences here once being hibachi and everything being under cooked and tonight, everything was undercooked and we were ignored most of the night because I had a question regarding something I ordered. I had accidentally ordered the wrong thing and they still wanted to charge me for the correct one and the incorrect one. Waited 30 minutes for a lemonade and 50 for our meals that were undercooked and cold. If you want good service, don’t sit in the dining but sit at the bar. The bartender is amazing and I always have a great experience with her! It felt like our waitress ignored us most of the night and the woman who I’m assuming was a manager seemed to have an attitude with us too. All over me not specifying between steamed and fried dumplings.”

“We consider ourselves to be regulars at this Sam’s. The food is always delicious. Pizza and Steak and cheese sandwiches. The service is better than most places, we don’t need to carry the food to our table, it’s delivered to us. The one thing this trip, we didn’t get our rewards , our card has been registered. Anything that can be done?”
