Tonight I visited your deli with my daughter. It was 6:15pm, a full 45 minutes before closing. There was only one other customer in the store. Despite the lack of crowd, it took over 15 minutes to get our 2 sandwiches. My daughter ordered a kids' meatball sub, the center of her meatballs were cold.
