Acadia Lobster Co. offers an incredible dining experience with a warm, welcoming, and truly Maine coastal charm. The staff is uncommonly attentive, outstandingly friendly, and provides excellent service. The management is amazing, showing genuine care for guests with great professionalism.
The food is outstanding and excellent. The lobster rolls are awesome, overflowing with fresh, perfectly cooked, and juicy lobster on a perfectly toasted bun. The clam chowder is rich and flavorful, and the lobster mac and cheese is amazing and absolute comfort food heaven. They are highly accommodating for allergies, ensuring no cross contamination and modifying dishes for safety.
The spot is extremely dog-friendly, providing bowls of water and a cookie. While the blue bistro lights can be hard to see from the road, the place delivers great vibes. Some note the melted butter with lobsters can be slightly disappointing, and an alternative to potato chips would be welcome. The attached warehouse, stocked with ready-to-ship lobsters, is a super cool find. This is a highly recommended place to visit.
