This was one of the best experiences I’ve had! We came about an hour before closing after trying to find a place to eat after a long day of hiking—the owner and staff were exceptionally accommodating and very friendly. The food was even better! Best barbecue in Maine hands down. Everything we tried was amazing the brisket was "melt in your mouth good" the guys that work there are awesome. Chill and laid back atmosphere the way barbecue should be!

Service is good. The staff is very friendly I ordered the grilled lobster twin dinner with corn and coleslaw. It was good however it needed some seasoning.Five minutes away they have a sister location named Smokey’s BBQ lobster pound I ordered the same thing. Their food has more flavor it must be the black chef from Jamaica putting love into the food.
