They sent us a gift card in the mail so we can give them another chance. The customer service is greatly appreciated!! We look forwarding to coming back to use the gift card and give the restaurant another shot.***

Really disappointed in our experience at the Monstweag this afternoon on Mother’s Day. We made a reservation for 3pm. We left at 4:38 and our appetizer hadn’t even been started yet. We spoke to the waitress and after learning our app hadn’t been started, we requested the bill and left. We were told it would still be an hour before we got our appetizer and we had three very young extremely hungry children. The server was apologetic but we were not offered a concession, discount or anything (we had ordered 6 drinks at this point) for the extraordinarily long wait and lack of communication about it. I don’t normally expect anything like this but I was frankly blown away at the lack of communication or accommodation considering the circumstances - on Mother’s Day nonetheless! We’ve been to Monstweag several times in the past and always had a good experience. This was out of character for this restaurant and really disappointing. We left deciding where to try to get a pizza to try to get some food in the kids, knowing it would be too late to get a reservation anywhere else on Mother’s Day. I debated whether to write a review but I do think after an experience like this management should receive honest constructive feedback. It was a disappointing experience to say the least.“

“I highly recommend the 104. We recently hosted a bereavement meal there. I can’t say enough great things. Matt the owner made it a stress free process and provided a great assortment of apps for when people arrived. The food was excellent and the staff were attentive, friendly and went above and beyond. There were several people that had dietary restrictions for allergies and they couldn’t have been more accommodating to offer gluten and dairy free options. Thanks Matt and Team we will be back.“

“We visited Bolos last night for the first and definitely not the last time Saturday night. I’d highly recommend the Chips and Dip Trio and the GRILLED BURRITO was huge and filling (I recommend the Queso and Guac to go on top). Our dinner ambassador, Ashley, was extremely attentive and made sure we had an enjoyable evening. Other staff members were equally pleasant and friendly. “I went to Peppers Landing at 11:30 for lunch and ordered the Brunswick lobster roll. The roll was tough and dry and I asked the server when this was cooked. They could only tell me it's reheated on the grill. This was The worst lobster roll I have ever had. The restaurant manager was gracious enough to give me a whopping $5 discount for the food. This meal was 30.00 including fries and Cole slaw. I will never go back.“

“Buffalo Wild Wings is a nice place. The food is great and the staff are nice. But for me the atmosphere can be overstimulating, especially when they are busy. It isn't a bad place, I just don't think it is for everyone. But if you don't mind lots of noise then it is a fine place!“

“We had the best meal here. You can't beat the the value. We had the 2 meals for $25. We each got a fresh salad and the 6 oz steak with steamed broccoli and garlic potatoes. It was delicious! The service here was also excellent. The wait staff was very responsive and friendly. We'll be stopping by again soon.“
