“Went here after a terrible experience at the South Portland location. Jared was our waiter and he did a phenomenal job. Service was pleasant and prompt. We got the chicken wonton tacos to start, because they are the best! My husband did the all you can eat shrimp and they were not shy about bringing him more and more. The food was great tasting and plentiful. There was some confusion at the end with some gift cards (all on me 😅 i should have just done them all at once) and he was patient and worked with me. This definitely made up for everything 🙌“

“Great experience at South Portland location!
Shyanne, our server, was super. Our meals were served promptly, everything was hot, and my Bourbon Street steak was prepared perfectly. The manager (Ryan?) was attentive as we explained how this location was so much better than our experience at another Applebee's in the metro area. Great start to a weekend getaway!“

“I went to Aura for the first time to see Tom Kiefer and it was a great show. There is a lot to like about this club, it seems fairly new and well maintained, the staff were friendly, and despite it being nearly full attendance I had no problem getting drinks or getting to the bathroom. But for a concert with general admission there is a massive drawback - a lack of areas where you can actually see the stage. The problem is the way the venue itself is setup. There are a select number “first come” seats, so if you get there early and don’t move you can get a great view from the seated area. But on the ground level there is a modest amount of floor space, with additional viewing on the top balcony. But because it is such a steep angle from the balcony to the stage you literally cannot see unless you are at the very front, even if you are taller than the person in front you. It seems like the club is trying to offer a lot within a limited footprint, but isn’t designed optimally for the audience when the show is full. To be fair, it can be a challenge to find a decent vantage point at any general admission venue, but typically there is enough floor space so that even if you aren’t near the stage you can still see from further away, it this club’s design os an additional challenge for attendees. So if you plan to see a show at this venue either make sure it’s not near capacity, or get there extra early to get a good spot in a seat or at the front of the stage, and then don’t plan to move.“

“Great atmosphere with many tables, but not cramped. They have pool tables, darts and a separate function room. A huge outdoor deck is available when it's warm. The food was amazing. Had the fish n chips and it was great. Great selection of wings.“

“Applebees in Windham Maine has it all! The food always comes out perfect. The wait staff are all wonderful. Chelsey especially is awesome. Stephen the manager is very friendly. You will see him checking on customers. I eat there almost once a week. I like it because I can count on good food, good service at a good price.“

“Went to sit outside for a cocktail and lunch. Slow start and it was explained that they had more guests than they expected and staffed. After that, the waitress went out if her way to provide great service. Wedge salad was great. I have to eat gluten free. We were interested in tortilla chips with salsa and guac. I was told they make their own chips once a week using fresh, clean oil. When I told the waitress I had to be very careful (Celiac), she said they would make a batch of chips in clean oil just for me! Wow, impressive. Fun view when sitting outside. Highly recommend.“
