“My husband and I came to Applebee’s recently, and we had such a wonderful experience! From the moment we arrived, everything was great, but what really made our visit special was our server, Cadea (the blonde-haired girl). She was absolutely amazing!

Cadea was incredibly kind, friendly, patient, and attentive throughout our entire meal. She made us feel very welcomed and comfortable, and she was always so sweet whenever she came to check on us. She never made us feel rushed, even when we took our time deciding what we wanted. Her patience and positive attitude really stood out to us.

You can tell that Cadea genuinely cares about providing good service. She was very professional while still being warm and personable, which made our dinner with my husband even more enjoyable. She made sure we had everything we needed and that everything was going well throughout our visit.

The food was also really good and fresh, and we were both very happy with our meals. The whole experience—from the food to the atmosphere to the service—was excellent.

We especially want to recognize Cadea because great customer service like hers deserves to be appreciated. Having someone who is so patient, kind, and welcoming makes such a big difference when you’re dining out. We will definitely remember her and would be happy to come back again! Whether I’m hanging out on the deck, stopping by for lunch, or watching a Boston sports game with friends, it’s always a great time. The food may be classic pub style, but it’s pub style on steroids—I’ve never had a bad meal here.

Lance, the owner, is often around and genuinely takes time to check in on guests, which is a great touch. But the real star of the staff is Jen, the head manager. She’s absolutely phenomenal to work with, especially when it comes to planning a function. Whether it’s a small family gathering or a larger group event, Jen’s professionalism, experience, and friendly approach make the whole process easy—and even fun.

They truly do a great job all around, and I always look forward to coming back.“

“Completely ignored by bartenders who were too busy taking selfies when their bar wasn't even full. If you want service don't come here, if you want to wait 20 minutes for a drink this is the place for you. Went Bull Feeney's instead and was welcomed and waited on immediately.“

Nice large outdoor seating in a beautiful location.
GF burger was quite good. Went for a classic cheeseburger. No issues with sensitivity or reactions (no hives, rashes, hand itches, or upset stomach - all signs I have been exposed to Gluten contamination).
I would highly recommend the food and we will be back to sit on the patio and have another.

“I had never visited Aura before, but I attended a concert at this venue and loved every moment. It has great ambiance and I think it would be hard to find a bad view of the stage anywhere. Parking garage located next door is a bonus. I will definitely see more bands there in the future.“
