“We recently moved to Maine and visited Ming Lee's restaurant for lunch. I ordered the dinner General Cho's and my sister ordered the Seafood Chow Mein with a small appetizer of crab ragoons (7)
The food arrived quickly and looked great. The portions were very large and the quality of the ingredients were amazing. The ragoons were cooked perfectly with the corners still soft and edible. The quantity of filling was more then I have ever seen before. The breaded chicken was comprised off large pieces of white meat cooked perfectly. The seafood in the chow mwin also included prime selections of shrimp and scallops. My sister took home enough leftovers for 2-3 more meals.
Our only negative relates to the food flavoring. The ragoon crab was plentiful, but could have had better flavoring. The General Cho sauce was sweet rather then spicy. Don't get me wrong though, we both enjoyed our meals and we will definitely be returning.“
