At this Aroma Joes location they have a fantastic staff, they are always quick to suggest items that I may enjoy, the food has never been prepared wrong from this location for me personally and did I mention their strawberry banana smoothies?“

“It's Dunkin.....I wouldn't expect much but SOMETIMES, you get really good service from someone that probably will quit soon. The know their worth. These guys and gals are worked to death when it's busy. I understand hostility once in a while.“

“I've been to Aroma Joe's probably a dozen times, looking for a quick fix on my morning coffee. I must say the coffee is consistently top-notch, and you can tell it's freshly brewed and not burnt junk like other competitor coffee shops. The staff is always accommodating and smiley and enjoyable to talk to. The service is always extremely fast, and I would highly recommend going through the drive-thru because the parking lot sometimes is a little thin on parking spots.“

“Shout out to the 2 ladies at the Waterville KMD at 5:30 this morning (Thursday the 12th). I placed an order with the Oakland kmd branch yesterday for a 5AM pick up for 7 dozen donuts and they were closed and did not notify me. I went to the WTVL branch told them what was going on and understood they could not fulfill that many, but what ever I could get would be amazing. They were able to supply me with 3 dozen. Thank you ladies as I know you were slammed this moring. We at Hammond Lumber appreciate you!!“

“Dunkin' is always a great place to go anytime you're looking for a quick coffee fix or breakfast sandwich fix. I always love getting the vanilla cream and Boston cream donuts. The staff are usually very accommodating and smiley and easy to talk to. The drive-thru experience is usually very fast, and I would recommend going to Dunkin' anytime you're looking for that breakfast, coffee, quick fix in Waterville, Maine.“

“I love Starbucks I just wish this locations hours were better, 7-2 T-F and only open until 3:30 on the weekends. This is their biggest downside, please start staying open later“

“The manager on shift had the personality of a rock. Shoved our drinks and food at us. Didn't ask if we wanted any condiments. We sat at the window for 5 minutes waiting to ask for the dipping sauce, which we wanted. After looking at us multiple times and not coming back to the window, my husband honked the horn. After honking and waving her back over, she opened the window with the worst attitude and just looked at us. After asking for the sauce she passed them over and slammed the window. Customer service is the biggest part of the fast food world being one who worked at BK for 17 years as an owner....SMH but I'm not knocking the whole crew. I just hope they don't follow in her personality footsteps.“
