“Wonderful staff, so friendly and very busy serving & keeping coffee filled.
Pancakes huge! Toast thick. Veggie omelet is heavy on the mushroom in my opinion. Regular diner coffee. Worth the stop for a good old fashion diner breakfast!“

The scallops portion seemed a little small at first, but the cook noticed the same and brought out a few more, which made me feel they cared about their food and customers. I stop here every year after Monkey C, and you should too!

This is one of my families favorite restaurants in the area. We went out to dinner last night and Lindsey was our waitress... she was awesome. The atmosphere is nice - very cozy. The food was amazing! The other night - I started with a house salad, moved on to a haddock dish perfectly cooked with some parmesan with broccoli and mashed potato as sides. It was perfection! Then I finished with an apple tart and some ice cream... it couldn't have been any better!“

“If you’re a chai latte fan—the best!! Toasts, large array of bakery items made fresh, quiches other specialty foods available (changes), granolas, breads…Try the baked egg, cheese on homemade biscuits! Next to Coastal Bookstore, the restored Lincoln Indie theater. Plenty on free parking on harbor lot. Wonderful!“

“What a great find! A group of 7 of us (multigenerational family members) had a wonderful brunch that included breakfast tacos, egg dishes, bacon, muffins and cinnamon rolls. Everyone was very happy. The space itself is a charming and creatively decorated former home on the Main Street with a pretty flower garden out front. The service was friendly and efficient. Highly recommended“

“My wife and I love the Newcastle Publick House. The people are great and last weekend our son and his wife joined us at NPH to celebrate his birthday. The folks at Newcastle did an awesome job. We had a wonderful evening. Also, our son and daughter in law said they had a fantastic time. Thank you to the great people at NPH for a wonderful evening.“
