“There was a twenty minute wait, which was expected. Our server, Laurie, had a full section, but was still really attentive and great at recommending GLB's specialities to me and my brother. Beer selection is great, wing and sandwich selection is huge. I had the PB & J bird sandwhich which was awesome and my brother had the salt and vinegar wings (which are whole drums and flats attached) and enjoyed them. Laurie then brought us a free sample of chili which was to die for!Vegetarian options: There is a whole section of vegetarian options ranging from mushroom burgers, salads, and other veggie sandwiches.Dietary restrictions: Plenty of gluten free drink and food options.Parking: Parking can be found on the street or beside the restaurant. “Howies is a great neighborhood bar. You feel at home and everyone is nice and welcoming there. There are no cliques or gangs or people that would look you up and down, it's just a great place to hangout for a couple drinks and catch up with friends. The plus side is Salvatore's hoagies has a home there Thursday - Sunday and we try to get a hoagie on a weekly visit! You have to get everything! We haven't had a bad meal or a disappointment!“
“An experience like no other. A huge nightclub with the weirdest decorations ever. They have multiple dance floors and typically do a 80s theme night. So much dancing! They do have a cover typically $5 and the bar is cash only so be prepared. The drinks are strong and a little pricey. Overall a great time if you want to dance!“
“Cool spot to hang out. With the front door off the street and up some stairs makes getting to Andy's feel like a speakeasy. Food was outstanding. I actually ate here on three separate times. Lobster roll had a generous amount of lobster. The clam Chowder was everything you expect. Wings are very good. The Philly Cheesesteak was great as well. Service was good. On bartender had attitude but she was not putting up anyone's foolishness. One night had a band. Good hang out spot. I go back.“

GRITTY'S in Freeport IS BETTER!!!I was happy since I had not been to Gritty's in a few years.The French fries with the Fish and Chips (not nearly enough provided, but it was okay) were not only gross, but they were soggy, greasy, and tasted like old fryer oil. That was my only disappointment because...My Husband's meal (Lamb Burger, delivered simultaneously) had COMPLETELY different FRIES, and THEY WERE FRESH, not soggy or greasy, and had NO fryer oil taste.I have never understood why people put fries UNDER fish and chips.Parking: They have a private parking lot.“
“Outstanding food and friendly service! Quaint comfortable setting with fun atmosphere. Dart boards and multiple tv viewing options. The Mac & Cheese, Cheeseburger Sliders, and Tsunami Nachos were pleasantly appealing to both the eye and the palate. Hot, delicious and belly-filling. Especially enjoyed the background music! Great experience all around!“
“Came in again because I LOVED the duck I had here months ago. Ordered: duck wings: small portion for the price but they were indeed fall of the bone tender, crispy, and smothered in a sweet and savory sauce beef poutine: the cheese curds had melted into puddles but the side ate like a hearty meal, good portion of beef, though fries were just okay double cheeseburger: piled high and juicy but again, just okay Overall I'll still be back supporting the restaurant that has served me some of the best bites of food, but I'll be focused more on their duck or special new items.
