“I’ve been coming to Family Treats since I was a little girl—back when it was still called Tasty Freeze. The ice cream was always a favorite, and I loved their Coney dogs. Now, years later, I get to share those same memories with my own children. Today, they enjoyed the mozzarella sticks and chili cheese fries, generously treated by my mom. I’m so grateful we can still come here as a family, relive old times, and create new memories together. Places like this are rare gems—filled with tradition, comfort food, and heart.“

“In Detroit for 2 nights and was looking for a spot to eat around my hotel - luckily I found Bucharest through Google Maps. The food was really good - I got the salad with chicken shawarma - the portion was insane! I didn’t take a picture but there was so much chicken (and I got the “small” size) It was really tasty and juicy and with the side of garlic sauce it really hit my cravings. The bartender (I sat at the bar) was super nice, friendly and awesome yet respectful and in general everyone out here seemed really welcoming. Prices were very fair and affordable (got 2 drinks as well)

“The food is always good. But, on our last meal, I asked twice about the fact that no one took our base or gave us a number, so how we were we getting our food. I was assured we would. After waiting and watching others, who arrived after us, get their food, ours was finally found in a take out bag.

“I've never had a bad experience here. Even with my Uber eats orders. They may miss the sauce but its not enough to drop star. I do have a suggestion... maybe have delivery drivers pull up to a separate window (instal another window) they park walk up show the phone with all the information and get gone. 1 new person on each shift that manages only pickup orders.BAAMMM!!! u just raised your rating from 3.9stars to 4.3

“This location is part of the hospital. Also, this was my first time trying Chick-Fil-A. The lady messed up my drink. She added ice when I requested none, and then I did not receive any lemons. That was easily corrected. I tried to sit down and eat, only to be informed that the dining area inside the restaurant is for employees only. I had to take my food to the hospital cafeteria. This place does not give refills for drinks, which I find a little strange. I was not impressed with the food here. Next time, I would probably choose somewhere else. Two young ladies working that shift completely transformed my experience with their attentiveness, professionalism, and sheer work ethic.

From the start, they greeted every customer with a genuine smile and warm attitude — not the forced kind you sometimes get at fast food joints, but the kind that makes you feel seen and appreciated. Despite the steady flow of people coming in and out, they never rushed anyone, never lost their cool, and handled everything with calm confidence and speed.

What impressed me most was how efficiently they worked as a team. Orders were taken quickly, cooked fresh, and handed out with care. They were constantly moving — cleaning, restocking, checking on customers — but never once did they appear overwhelmed. Instead, they set the tone for the entire place with their energy and professionalism.

Food-wise, everything was hot, fresh, and perfectly made to order. The sliders were on point, the fries crispy, and even the mozzarella sticks tasted like they just came out of the fryer. But it was the level of service that made this trip memorable.

To see two young women take so much pride in what they do — in a fast food environment, no less — was honestly inspiring. They didn’t just clock in and do the bare minimum; they owned their roles and gave every customer a reason to come back. It’s rare to get that kind of experience anywhere, let alone at a drive-thru or counter window.

“The food was good, even though they did not offer what I was looking for, the breakfast bowl. They only offer sandwiches, fruit cups, minis, and more. The spicy breakfast biscuit was pretty tasty, and I always have concerns for airport pricing, but the difference between an entree and meal is 5 dollars. That to me is outrageous even for an airport. But no other concerns otherwise. They open at 3:45 AM, so they are good for anybody with early flights.“
