Wendy's in Detroit

“When I go to this Wendy's I usually have a pretty good experience. Every once in awhile they'll get an order a little wrong. For instance my grandson does not eat anything other than cheese on his cheeseburgers. And every once in a while they'll forget and they'll put the catch up on it. Other than that they're very friendly nice group of people.“

Parking: You have to be careful it is on a main Street the main Street can be very busy.

“Im not understanding why there is 1 person working most of the time past 11. Instead of trying to save on y’all labor add an extra person so the line goes quicker late night. Not everyone gets off of work at 5PM and there is no reason why it should take 30 minutes to move 1 car when its only 5 in the drive through. And if there is another person on the shift they better get to working. This is not just a problem here its everywhere“

“I Haven't eaten her in like 10 years so it was refreshing to be greeted by the night shift. They let us dine in right before closing the dining room, myself and my children. That was greatly appreciated. Met a super cool respectable young employee named Carlito. Great staff, great food, kudos to the management.“

“Wow, I ordered a Wendy's Dave Double and I was impressed by how big my burger was.However I ordered a Double without tomatoAnd ketchup but got a big burger with everything and a big peace of lettuce that was bad. Other then that I was happy!!“

“The drive thru people was very rude I had to ask for my receipt, then I noticed that it was on other bags being delivered out the window, as I was told to pull over and wait for the receipt. I waited 20 minutes and just left. I do not know what the problems were, maybe because I asked for ketchup? Which should have been included in the order. However, they had a very nasty way of serving. I was a visitor over there doing work, and went the distance to get to Wendy's, to be treated in this manner. OMG....“

“I believe the young lady that was working drive-thru, her name was Christine. Her voice was so soft and pleasant I loved her customer service. My spicy chicken sandwich was hot and fresh and I'm sure I'm the only one that order it with no mayo and ranch and pickles so they were sure to make sure it was high impression and I really really appreciate it that. Took me less than 5 minutes to get a fresh sandwich on my break. Good job team and management“

“My granddaughter wants some spicy nuggets from Wendy's so we stopping and got her some got me some they wasn't bad it's fast food what can you expect I don't go looking like Gordon Ramsay's back there making the nuggets like I said they weren't bad she was happy with them so that's all that mattered to me.“

“I came in 1-6-25 late at night about 11:30 pm...The pretty dark-skinned young lady "Jakya" (hope I spelled that right) *half up half down hairstyle* DID HER BIG ONE😍 she was so professional polite and considerate. She made sure to pack thoroughly with condiments and napkins without asking. Smiled and even tho I waited awhile (because I was doordashing multiple orders and I also placed an order for myself) I didn't mind the wait because of the way she communicated. The food was super fresh. I appreciate her customer service. It was very refreshing indeed🤞🏾🥰 she needs to be promoted..because she definitely gets it💯👍🏾“
