“The team here is incredible—friendly, hardworking, and doing their absolute best in a busy environment. However, management is failing them. I received a hard, stale biscuit twice in a row. It is 2026, and we all know how difficult it is to find and keep a great service team; management should be supporting these workers by ensuring quality control. Instead, the staff is left to deal with the fallout of systematic failures. To the workers: thank you for your hustle. To management: do better.“

“My son recently moved to the Grand Rapids area and is close to Mr. Burger. We thought we would give it a try as it came highly recommended from one of his neighbors. We were not disappointed. We only tried the burgers and fries but they were really really good and will definitely be back. I cannot speak to the atmosphere of the restaurant as we went through the drive-thru. However, the place was pretty crowded which is another good sign. Much better than any other fast food type Burger joints.“

“They've done a great job at keeping that old burger joint atmosphere while having good food that's a solid price. I feel lucky if I'm working near a Mr. Burger and a few staff are always really nice elderly people, and vets.

“We had breakfast for dinner, ham/cheese and veggie omelets. They were delicious, served promptly and hot. Service was like you wish it would be everywhere, thanks to Owenn. He was personable, attentive and checked back at good times. Definitely a repeat restaurant when we dine out.“

“We went to the location on Plainfield this evening for dinner. We were greeted immediately upon entering the restaurant. Everyone seemed very friendly and the restaurant was clean. Chris the manager took our order, and let me tell you that he’s a wonderful person. I had a few questions as it has been a while since we’ve been to Freddy’s. Chris was very friendly and answered my questions w/out me feeling like I was bothering. The food was hot, the onion rings were awesome. I can’t recommend this location enough. I ordered ice cream to take home to the grandkids, the manager included a few toppings for them. I appreciate you so much! Awesome manager.. awesome customer service.. great food. Stop on in if you’re in the area!“

“I got ribs and my husband got a steak. Food was decent. Its a typical Applebee's. I called in for pickup. There wasn't any utensils or napkins and I had to ask for the extra condiments that I paid for. Its like no one cares anymore.“

“If you know me you know I rarely go out to eat. I don’t even have a microwave and I don’t eat anything in packages. So I eat very healthy for around 19 years now. I enjoy this place so much I’ve been there twice in a week, and purchased 22 meals from their weekly package meals. And I am so impressed with the quality and how tasty the meals are I’m adding their meals to my weekly grocery list. Thank you so much for a healthy quality choice to our town. It is a must try for yourself folks.“

“I love Hopcat. I have been before and I'll come again. The beers and fries were great, the burgers seemed a bit small this time around. The stand out this time was our server, Sophie. While it took a bit of time to be greeted, once we were, she was spot on. I hope to have her as a server again.“

“We went to Applebee's for date night an our waitress Brittany definitely was the vibe not only was she beautiful she had the biggest personality recommendations were top tier the food an drinks were great the Oriental chicken salad is chef's kiss get your chicken grilled wit a lil extra dressing an it's only up from there had a great time looking forward to next time“

“We are a Greek family and love the Greek dishes that Leo's Coney Island offers. We have dined there frequently, often bring friends. The food is always good and the service fantastic. That being said; however, we have decided not to dine there any longer during the cold months, as the owner chooses to keep the dining room quite frigid. We heat our home at 68 degrees and are comfortable at that temp. We have tried mutliptle visits to Leo's Coney Island this winter...and each time the dining room has always been uncomfortablly chilly. When we pay to go out to eat, dining with our winter coats on and still being cold is not a relaxing or enjoyable dining experience. We gave it another try last night visiting around 5:30pm (hoping the furnace was turned up). The dining area was extremely C-O-L-D! This could be why there were not many customers there? We asked the waitress if the heat could be turned up, and she replied, "No, the only person allowed to adjust the temperature is the owner, and he is not here". NOTE to Owner: Saving money by turning down the heat in the cold of winter does not provide a pleasant dining experience for your customers and certainly cannot be good for your business! “This was the first time in a long time that we dined in at a SnS. The restaurant was clean and we were the only ones in there (it was before 11 am on a Sunday). There is nobody to wait on tables inside so you order and pay at one of the kiosks near the entrance. That was different but it worked. The food was very good. It was a good experience.“

“We both ordered omelets with hash browns. There was so much food that it covered the plates. I ordered tea and they gave a nice selection of tea bags.
The omelets were so big we couldn't finish them. They were very big! And tasted wonderful! I went back there with friends and ordered the mushroom burger which also was very good. Good food and service!“
