“I just wanted to say my family and I came in the other day and we had a server named Brittany she was awesome!!! She was very friendly and we really enjoyed her & she did a great job!!! These days customer service is usually terrible so it was very refreshing to have a server like her who actually cares about the customers keep up the good work we will definitely be back!!!!!!“

“For a small place The menu here is fairly large. Food I had was excellent, enough so that I will definitely go back and I’ve already got at least one person who wants to go there with me. if you like gizzards you should definitely go, and the rest of the food looks really good as well. Give it a try!“

“I drove all over town tonight trying to find a fast food restaurant for my daughter and I to get food from after school shopping. at every restaurant we went to the lines were long and they weren't moving. I sat in multiple lines and just gave up. I drove past Rally's and noticed their line was speedy. So we went there. needless to say, amazing customer service! the gentleman on the drive thru was the most polite fast food worker that I've ever met. not only that but I placed my order and it was ready by the time I got to the window! it was all fresh and hot and my order was absolutely correct. zero complaints! management please give your employee's from tonight August 28th a pat on the back. they did an amazing job!“

“I am a McDonalds fanatic. I eat it everyday and it’s the best. I have been to over 50 mcdonalds in Michigan and this one is by far the best. Speed, friendliness, and quality food. Other mcdonalds get your order wrong, don’t say hi at the window, and give you food that’s been sitting around.“

“The drive thru is kind of jacked. You have to pull so far forward on the inside lane once your done ordering you can barely get up to the car behind you can't even pull up to the speaker until both lines move. It's placement could have been farther back like 10 feet. Also if you have to wait and pull into a spot that's numbered you definitely want one or 2. The other ones are kind of dangerous to back out of seeing people like to speed through the parking lot.
Parking: This location is particularly busy because of its placement geographically. It's near tons of shopping so it's a big lunch, breakfast and dinner destination. Usually very busy but still enough parking.“

“Over a month ago, I wrote a review that was less than desirable. A restaurant my family, work family and myself frequented weekly, often times multiple times a week, had gone down hill significantly after the loss of the general manager. We had several disappointing experiences after he left and after the last one of which we left after 25 min and hadn’t had our order taken yet, I blew my lid and instead of speaking with the owner/manager after calming down after that disappointing experience, I did what we so often do when we are upset… I ran to Google reviews. That is very unlike me, I try to only write positive reviews and handle disappointment /conflict privately but I was HANGRY, tired and was getting ready to leave the country for 8 days and figuring out dinner was not something I wanted to do, so along with being stressed over everything I had to get done, I lashed out and I took it out on CHOMP, unfairly. Yes, they went thru a period of adjustment after losing their manger without notice, but I am very happy to say I gave them another chance today and the food and service was back to above par. Our once loved restaurant is back to its old self. Thank you for being so kind today, the food was great and the service was outstanding. Please accept my sincere apologies for lashing out unfairly. We will be back soon.“
