“Summer is close. Stopped with the 3 grandchildren for the first time of the season. The staff were full of smiles and very friendly. We had their chocolate cones except the 6 year old who wanted a banana split, 3 bites, and done. Go figure. Great experience“

“Klavons in Jackson has the nicest and most caring staff and management. Our car broke down in the parking lot and while we figured out what to do we ate inside. The food was delicious and the staff very friendly. My daughter was feeling unwell so we were sitting outside figuring out what to do and a member of the staff getting on shift brought us all ice water to stay cool. She also offered for us to sit in the lobby in the ac. Soon after, the manager and his son came out to check on us. He told us to come inside and get the kids out of the heat and we were welcome to stay until we get situated and get a ride. The staff got us a table and checked in on us often. I highly recommend this place not only for the delicious food, but for the genuine care of the staff. A million thank yous again to the Jackson staff for your hospitality!“

“What a great lunch spot his turned out to be! This small, old-school dining spot was nothing fancy…but the counter-only seating within the place brought forth visions of east coast diners. The staff all were incredibly friendly / busy / working incredibly hard. The menu is basic….a couple of options outside of a burger…but, yes, some great burger options! Nothing healthy here at all, lol…but the burgers were fantastic, and reasonably priced. The small lot and place fills up quickly during lunch, so plan on getting there early during lunch, or you’ll have a little bit of wait. This was a great find.“

“Always liked Culvers. I have had th same great experience at every restaurant in every state. Wisconsin, Illinois, Arizona and now Michigan. The food is good, the custard is good, I love their root beer, the kids are always on point, the restaurant and property is fresh and clean every time. A very consistent company.

“We stop at Five Guys for milkshakes! Great service from the time we walked through the doors!! Greeted with smiles and excitement at 9pm!!! Tease, Heather, and Angel was incredible with customer service! We haven't experienced this type of service in a while! “The other day I stopped by but they weren’t opened yet. I didn’t notice and was met at the door by either the owner or a manager. He let me know they weren’t opened just yet and he was sorry…I told him it was okay…he then asked what I planned on getting and I told him a blizzard. He asked if the flavor mattered because he wanted to give me one they were using at the moment to practice. He ran in and brought out an Oreo blizzard. He he flipped it upside down for me and that was THEE best customer service I’ve had in a very long time. Can’t wait til they officially open up! We will for sure be there often for ice cream!“

“Only reason I give this location a 4 stars is because I asked the staff if there are napkins in the bag & they responded with a confident Yes but after I left trusting them none were in the bag.
Lesson learned. Always check the bag before leaving, but besides that.. if I am in the area.. I'm eating here! Thanks!
