“My husband and I were at the Harbor Springs farmers market and bought a beautiful strawberry rhubarb pie for our 40th anniversary that weekend. It was THE best pie we had ever eaten! We ate it every night of our vacation lol Thank you Ditch Oven Bakery for making our 40th Anniversary special. We live in Florida so will be missed:(”

“we stopped at Bob's Place on a whim. We were pleasantly surprised! We were greeted right away by staff. We opted to sit on the bar side. We ordered a drink and an appetizer (poutine) to start with. The poutine was absolutely delicious. We then ordered their special, double smash burger. Well, that was delicious also. I had to take half of it home. The staff was very attentive and kind. The owner even checked on us at one point.”

The honest reviews and recommendations were spot on, perfect portion sizes, and honestly what we have needed after such a long drive. If this was the main event of our trip I can't say I would leave disappointed. 10/10”

“While we had hoped to try Legs Inn, they were not pet friendly so we bypassed and landed at Polish Kitchen. Sometimes what we think is a disappointment turns out to be a hidden surprise! PK was VERY good and accommodating. We've been to Poland multiple times and PK's cuisine took us right back! Smacznego!”

“Can’t say enough great things. Great beer, great food. The outdoor seating was outstanding for a large group. And management supports animal welfare! Don’t leave your dogs in the car! Management was quick to identify patrons and address the issue of dogs in the car on a hot day. The place is dog friendly, so it made zero sense for dogs to be left in the car. The response was very much appreciated.”

“Been living in Northern Michigan for over 10 years and never knew about Crooked Tree Breadworks until now. This artisan bakery has amazing breads and pastries. The Epi Baguette is fantastic, as is the classic sourdough bread. Tried the orange currant scone and it was delicious. The holiday stollen was reduced to six dollars. There were boxes leftover from Christmas so I bought one. Honestly, the stollen was too old and stale to have been sold to customers. Even though I warmed and toasted the stollen, it was still tasteless. So glad I came here twice because they do have outstanding artisan baked goods but prices are somewhat steep which is expected in an affluent place like Petoskey.”

Answer...No.Super friendly atmosphere with ample seating inside and out if you wish to sit outside. 90 percent skiiers/snowboarders but there seem to be a few locals that like to visit depending on the weather. You can make new acquaintances there if you like, or just chill out minding your own business.The pub requires guests to be 21 +, so leave the kids behind if you can.Bob the bartender is a great guy and a professional. He will set you up. Drinks only. No food options in the pub.Friendly hint, if possible bring a few bucks cash with you to tip. The credit card machine does not allow a person to add gratuity. I don't normally carry much cash anymore. What little I did have went into the tip jar. I will know better next time.”
