“The Subway in the West Branch Shell gas station is absolutely ? the best Subway I've ever eaten. I used to manage a Subway spec state for 2 years. The people are the nicest evergreen when sorry handed abs super busy. It might take a little longer than normal, but it's because the food sofresh and the bread is so soft. And they take a lot of care in making your order. They know me so well after 10years that they don't even have to ask what condiments or vegetables I want. They already know. And, there is a reason they call the people who work at Subway Artisan sandwich makers. Because that's exactly what you get from the west branch subway at Shell gas station. So if you want an amazing sandwich go to this Subway it is worth the drive and the wait. I promise you. Sara the manager of the gas station is the best all around”

We remain KFC fans for life~!Ordered large order chicken finger's basket, with 2 mashed potaoes with gravy, mac & ch, cole slaw, 8 biscuits. Get home to Prudenville in pouring snow to find NO gravy at all ! Also no dip 4 the 16 ckic fingers. Asked 4 honey mustard & bbq. So call & was told off & hung up on by so called night manager ! Called back phone picked up & hung up on again several times. Big mistake... I will be contacting your district management Mon. We will see how they feel about your job preformance.”

“Hungry traveler here...went to subway located inside a Walmart. Four people ahead of me at 4:30pm on a Wed. None were too concise with their order. Poor fella behind the counter was so polite and patient. Turns out he was not only making all the sandwiches and handling the register (changing gloves between tasks) AND he had to bake all the bread needed for tomorrow (as they're getting a new oven tomorrow and it'll be out of service). Did it take half an hour before I got my food? Yes. Am I complaining ? No. You can't complain when someone is doing their best. I've never been in a subway with only one worker (usually two). His nametag said 'Pat" and he was a gem of a hard worker. Seriously "subway folk"...give this guy a pat on the back.And our subs were great, too!”

Because of that, sometimes I have to wait for other cars, but my food is always ready and warm.
