It is Gracie's 11th birthday❣️ She was self-conscious about eating in front of others on site so I brought it home for her and she ate it out on the deck! I put my ice cream in her PUP SCOOP bowl because I just couldn't eat it all❤️ HAPPY BIRTHDAY GRACIE?????
My Dad used to have an office across the street from this DQ when I was a little guy. 40+ years later, it is better than ever!Dad and I would always stop here for an ice cream after his chemo treatments. Vanilla was about the only flavor he could taste at the end. Stopping here was the highlight of our day not just because of the ice cream but because of the staff. Now my kids get the privilege to be coming here. It is Alpena staple. To be honest it should be Alpena historical landmark.
